No words can describe my appreciation for all the little things of the stay here. Found the hotel just the day before my arrival and wasn’t sure of it all. But the moment I entered my chalet I realised - it’s going to be the most mesmerising experience of my live and I’ll tell you why. The view is astonishing. I highly recommend the room closest to the beach. It’s totally worth it. You’ll be falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves. The breakfast was very good though a good ol’ cappuccino would be a cherry on top. Indian breakfast was by far the best for me. The chalet itself was just splendid. So clean, spacious, mindful and clean with a nice jakuzi outside. Aesthetically pleasing to say the least, Instagram-approved. The beach itself though was a key to all this magic. It was like a private beach with groups of cute cows and next to no people at all. In the evening we liked to go outside and found a hidden gem - Muse restaurant which is also highly recommended. It was just like 4-5 minutes of slow paced walk. Thanks to all stuff and especially Pinku for being so kind to us during our stay. Love you guys!

the stay was very comfortable and clean. we went with our 3 year old daughter. so hygiene was the priority. and The staff took care of the cleaning and hygiene. the person incharge (Miss. Vaishnavi and her Sister) both were very helpful and friendly. since the place is new it lacked some basic amenities which they were in process to install soon. but other than that. the staff the in house restaurant and the complete property was very warm and inviting. the Shore is having a direct beach access. we stayed in a garden view room. the room was very nicely lit, with french sliding doors. it has amazing ventilation and a small patio with 2 single seater sofa and a table and a drying rack for clothes. it also has a jet spray at the entrance of every room making it easy to wash away sand when you come back from a beach swim. the bathroom has a very big shower head, a nice and big washbasin unit and a commode. would definitely recommend it and personally book again if ever i visit again. a big kudos to the Team The Shore. see u soon in the future

I booked cottage with jacuzzi for 2 nights. Firstly, you are paying 18k+ for the room which is not worth for kind of services they provide. I checked in and when i asked for towels, you know what they replied that they don’t have the towels as of now and laundry would come at 4:30in the evening. Now you either have to wait till 4:30 to get fresh or you can take shower without towel. Can you expect that kind of service in 18k+ . Secondly, there is cleanliness issue. When i checked in , i found entire mini fridge was covered with sand and i had to get it cleaned by calling one of the staff members. Further, the cattle, glasses and tray was super dirty. Full of dust particles. Thirdly, there is no one available at the reception. If you need anything, then you have to search for the staff members through out the property and if you get lucky, you can find someone. Not worth the price. Disappointment for the services..

We loved it here, booked two nights and ended up staying nearly two weeks. ||After travelling around India, we found Agonda was the perfect place to relax and unwind - and The Shore was definitely the best hotel in Agonda to be able to to that.||The staff are all young, fresh and full of great ideas and enthusiasm... |Vaishnavi the reception manager was great at finding a room for us whenever we asked - even though the hotel was nearly always booked up. Simran the bar/restaurant manager was helpful, informative and really friendly. Kartik is waiter/bartender/luggage assistant/sunbed arranger extraordinaire and Shrudesh the owner is very knowledgeable and committed to creating a wonderful hotel.||The hotel is brand new - and it's gorgeous. Don't expect nightly entertainment or loud music (you can go to Palolem for that if you want it). This place is calm, serene and relaxed. ||The rooms - well we only stayed in one type of room to try and keep our budget in check - the ones we stayed in are not listed on the website (not overlooking the beach but just behind those ones). It was a light and airy room, with a massive and really comfortable bed, huge shower room, balcony with comfy chairs and a table, tea/coffee, wardrobe, desk, free wifi. ||The food - Indian breakfasts were our favourite here - the chick peas and puri (can't remember the name of it now) but it was lovely. Lunch - The salads and sandwiches are perfect. Dinner - We ate here quite a few times and loved the chicken tikka, biryani, masala, well in fact everything we tried was lovely.||Drinks - There is a large selection of soft and alcoholic drinks, but if they don't have what you want then ask - they go above and beyond to find it for you.||Cons - So, like I said, this is a brand new hotel with a young staff. It's going to be a learning curve to get everything 100% perfect. But they are all hard working, dedicated people who want to make it the best. And it already is (trust me, we stayed in a few other places in Agonda on this trip before we found The Shore and it's certainly better than all the others)||We arrived to this hotel as strangers and left feeling like part of The Shore family. We will be keeping in touch with them all and will go back in...
