My recommendation for you will be to definitely avoid this place as it smells full of discrimination. Discrimination with people of your own country (India) and you wont believe inequity with children (who are the purest form of God).
Food is not even that great but we decided to visit this place twice as its near to our resort and we were in a but of hurry to leave quickly.
Short story, their preference is to simply serve foreigner's as if they are going to pay them extra (only in their dreams). First day there were foreigners with 3-4 kids simply playing and enjoying which was a lovely thing to see. The second day my daughter simply cried once and this waiter had the audacity to come to us and ask us very rudely to make our baby quiet as the foreigners get disturbed and they don't like it. We politely asked to let us talk to the owner and he simply walked off saying no owner, no phone number. The other staff was simply smiling and saying paagal hai yeh. Bhai pagal hai toh kyu rakha hai kaam pe? paagal khaane main daalo bhai? Why spoil the guests mood? It was not worth talking to these people so we simply got up and moved out.
Believe me there are too many good options near this place (Agonda Corner is simply the best and Simply Tamil is another wonderful option) that have better seating space, far better food and definitely real...
Read moreFirst off the food was great, the best peanut butter toast we've had in 2 months, proper nice real americano coffee, and all reasonably priced.
But we are vegan (no dairy, eggs, honey, any animal products) and came for the soy coffee, they said no soy, which is fair, it happens. We ordered the peanut butter toast which came with real butter in a little pot on the side, which it doesn't state on the menu, which we didn't eat as we are vegan.
When we came to pay they added 40 rupees to the bill and when we questioned why, they stated it was for the butter, when we explained we didn't ask for that, nor eat it they argued with us for a bit, he asked the kitchen if we did eat it and they said no, we did in the end get 40 rupees back.
I don't understand why if it doesn't state on the menu about a 40 rupee charge for butter which we didnt eat , why charge people? And who has butter ontop of peanut butter?!
Also the staff member who was serving us...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this cafĂ©. The staff were shockingly rude and lacked even basic manners or courtesy expected in the service industry. They were blatantly biased, showing unnecessary deference to foreign guests while treating othersâincluding childrenâwith disrespect.
One of the staff members (photo attached) was particularly aggressive and rude to a small child, which was completely unacceptable. When confronted, he justified his behavior by claiming "foreigners don't like it"âa baffling and deeply insensitive excuse. Children deserve kindness and patience, not humiliation.
Such behavior reflects poorly not only on the individual but also on the establishment. I strongly urge management to train their staff in basic customer service and sensitivity. Until then, I would advise anyone who values dignity and self-respect to...
