I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this branch of Onesta for the first time and hopefully the last time due to the bad experience. We visited as the name of the week game was with letters "ESH" and i was entitled for 50% off on unlimited pizza for myself and people who accompany me, and I must say it was a disappointing affair.
The service provided was absolutely terrible, with long delays that tested our patience. To make matters worse, all the pizzas we tried seemed to have the same taste and flavor, with only the toppings varying slightly. It was a monotonous and uninspiring culinary experience.
What added to our dissatisfaction was the lack of hospitality, especially considering that we were there during the "Name of the Week" event. We expected a certain level of attentiveness and warmth, but unfortunately, it was sorely lacking.
One particular pizza that stood out in terms of disappointment was the banana chocolate pizza. When it arrived at our table, we were shocked to find that it had merely half a spoonful of chocolate spread on it. It was a pitiful representation of what a chocolate pizza should be and even worse was when the person who served when asked for why so much of inattentiveness answered that it is because we were there with Name of the week event .
Overall, my visit to this Onesta outlet was a complete letdown. The lackluster service, identical-tasting pizzas, and inadequate toppings left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a satisfying...
Read moreHad one of my worst experience, and I am stating this in a non-emotional wat, and with a degree in Hotel Management, do take this seriously! I visited with my son and despite ordering the so-called 'Unlimited' option in the menu, I faced one of the worst treatments. Although we ordered TWO unlimited meals, we were served only one dish! We asked for another plate of rice, but they never gave it... They totally served only two pizzas DESPITE stating unlimited and kept up waiting for a very long time, but Never gave us our order.... The toppings on the pizza were much lesser than normal orders.... The burgers were almost close to Yuck! Their modus operandi was to just make us wait and never fulfill the order... and the more we ask, the more the wait... and in the end wanting to make the customer feel like a beggar..... I have never encountered such smiling faces with ill-intention to blatantly cheat customers in the guise of 'unlimited' food. These guys are a shame to the hospitality industry! After about TWO HOURS, and having shared two small pizzas, and one serving of rice, we were fed up and left... They did not care to offer the desserts either! I later on engaged the waiter and asked him why he delayed our food for so long and ignored us.. and he acted like he did not hear us! Such a cheap attitude should NOT be taken lightly! I will commit to ensure that everyone I now, my friends, relatives, neighbors, et al, avoid this place and let them know that customers are not to be robbed. Shame on this...
Read moreWe reached around 2.15 PM on 13/Nov/2022. Two adults and 2 kids.
Ambience: The interiors, the props and branding is well made and contemporary. However we chose 3rd floor terrace seating and that killed our experience. The incessant sound of traffic on the busy kanakapura road was deafening. We could not even have a conversation without yelling. I am not sure what Onesta can do about that but they need to somehow make it better.
Service: Very disappointing. We sat there at least for 10 mins before deciding to actually find and call someone to take our order. Maybe the corner table was invisible.
Food: This was even more disappointing than the service. We ordered
French fries: Good
Paneer tikka pizza: Average at best. Sides were a little burnt. We were given a complimentary pizza same as what we had ordered. That was slightly better.
Pasta Pesto: Above average. We were not asked if we wanted Penne, spaghetti etc. We were given fusili. We would like it if we were asked what type of pasta we needed
Paneer Tikka Burger: On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate this -1. The burger bun was dry, indicating that it was old. The lettuce used was super dry as well. The paneer tikka and the tomato slice in it was just about edible. I don't even think they put any sauce at all apart from what was on the paneer tikka. I have eaten some bad burger but this would top that list as the worst of them all.
Overall review: I would not recommend this...
