Empire Restaurant - JP Nagar — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I have been to the first time in this outlet of Empire. I choose this place because Empire is always a good option when you want to treat yourself or your loved ones with non veg food!! Located in main road of 24th main, JP nagar 5th phase. They have separate parking lot only empire customers, which is quiet good but could be challenge over weekend.

Well, being here always delightful with respect to food quality and quantity they served. Service was quick and they know the value of their customers.

We had ordered my favorite Ghee Rice and kabab, Empire Special Parota, Pepper chicken masala, Chicken Grill, Musambi juice, Watermelon🍉 juice and butterscotch 🍦 ice-cream.

Still my favorite remain same. It's their Ghee Rice and Chicken Kabab. Empire's kabab is totally unique. Crispy, tasty and yummy!!!

Empire special parota was too good to taste, unless someone don't worry about their diet. It's properly cooked and crispy Pepper Chicken Masala was too good. Nicely presented and supreme in taste. I had the same with parota and Ghee Rice. It's absolutely delicious 😘 Chicken Grill was was the first dish on our table and me and my wife both liked it to the core. I must say Empire is expert in Chicken Grill. Must try guys!! Juice were OK and nothing great to mention except it's overpriced. ice-cream was too good. At the end of good food, kuch meetha ho jaye kinda feeling.

The best part of this fabulous place is many things as per me:- *Good ambience *Great service *Great food *Reasonable price And *value for 💰 money

Don't get fool by the name of restra. This is just a franchise, manager ,food are not as the other outlets of empire. We went for dinner on Saturday night. It was weekend so we were okay to wait for the our food. We got our order after 20min. Gave someone else order to us. Then they only replaced our order by some other item, without informing or asking us beforehand. We got our rotis first, then after some time Rice and daal, and curry came in the end, by the time rotis became hard to bite and chew.

We got insect in the rice, they didn't acknowledge it and took the rice plate.

One non veg meal was not cooked, not etable.

Quantity of chilly panneer was very less. No taste.

In the end we said to manager to tell us what to do, because we didn't ate meal, rice, the wrong order and rotis were left unetable.

Manager was rude, he didn't co-operate, he was not accepting his mistake and he was giving excuses that there are 100 customers waiting outside, we have to finish everything asap.

Which means they are not giving importance to customer..😀
