These guys will just talk. Customer is God till they by product, later they will treat them like fools and beggars. They say warranty and replacement, but they will be always out of stock and bluff you with silly and stupid reasons. They will give good discounts though, but service is really bad. Keep this as a last option to get something done instead nothing. My Montra Rock 1.1D rear disc break efficiency is worst, so i had been there to get free service done along with this complaint. But even after agreeing to replace the disc break pad, that lady is giving silly reason saying they need picture of that break pad to get the new pad. What nonsense - .!? later again i went there to ask for the result, they proved that i am not applying break properly, (Disc break is made to get better breaking response with less effort). Read moreI happened to visit this store two days back. This shop is more like a huge pile of assorted bicycles cramped in a godown. True, they have so many varieties that you will not be able to choose what you want.
The salesman is extremely pleasing and soft natured to please the customers.
But in my view there ends all the goodness about this store. The salesman knows not much about the after sales service and support part. I had taken my 15 year old Hercules 6-speed Topgear bicycle to get the Shimano chain derailleur serviced. The salesman had never seen or heard about my biycle model. He said he has to ask their technician. Here comes the best part : this guy the so called technician they have knows nothing about servicing a derailleur. He only said it has to be oiled or replaced.
That's it, I walked out. Decided to spend sometime to service the derailleur myself.
My final word : this is a place only to buy and not for support or after sales service. Be adviced...

The service and the parts which were replaced did not even last a month and when I raised a complaint, the staff were well trained to defend themselves. Cycle's sensors are all gone after few days of servi3(its not even a year since i purchased it). I at least expected to receive some respect as a customer but no. They talk with least respect.
