We were a group of 4 and ordered multiple items, detailed review below:

Food -

The food is exceptionally good, all the items that were ordered didn't disappoint in any way.

In coffee we ordered:

Vietnamese Styled Iced Coffee - I usually prefer tea as my regular beverage but this Iced Coffee with condensed milk is a joy to anyone who wants to try out something without much experimentation.

Mocha - Your run of the mill coffee, served perfectly.

Lychee Lemonade - If you are confused as to what to try and can't make up your mind, this is the way to go.

For the quick bites we ordered, Blue Tokai Coffee Pancakes, Guacamole on Toast and Paprika Grilled Chicken Sandwich. All. Were scrumptious and can be ordered based on how fancy you feel with regards to experimenting with your taste buds.

Service - Service is fast but the table we sat on was a bit dirty, took quite some time to call the help and get it cleaned, otherwise they were prompt with other requests.

Atmosphere - This outlet is at the heart of HSR, we went a bit late in the night and hence the roads didn't have much traffic and we could in peace sit on the outside and...

Avoid this place like the plague if you're on a two-wheeler. There is ZERO parking available, and the entire stretch in front of the café is a hostile environment for bikers. The guards stationed outside — not just from the Blue Tokai building but even from the opposite pet shop — behave like street bullies. They loiter around the area just to harass, threaten, and manhandle bikes. I was openly told my vehicle would be damaged if I didn’t remove it immediately. They keep touching and pushing vehicles without permission, acting like they own the road.

The worst part? This is not a one-off incident. It’s consistent, every time. So even if you manage to grab a table inside, you’ll be sipping your overpriced coffee with the constant anxiety of your vehicle being scratched or towed—or worse, damaged by these thuggish guards.

Blue Tokai should be ashamed to operate in a building that subjects its customers to this kind of harassment. No parking, no peace of mind, and certainly not worth the stress for a cup of coffee.

Extremely disappointing! Okay the ambience is good and chic. But the beverage experience was below par.

First the only brewing options for black coffee they have is either pour over or espresso. Second they don't have any of their beans that they sell for brewing. There is only 1 medium roasted been which your can have. If you want to try any of the other beans, you'll need to buy the entire pack.

So we took the Mocha Sea Salt and the Medium roasted pour over. Both were extremely disappointing. The Mocha tasted like diluted bournvita and had no hint of saltiness even though it was a Mocha SEA SALT! The black coffee was very flat and lacked any kind of richness or flavour.

Overall a pretty below average experience at what is supposedly a premium coffee chain.

In my opinion, the Third Wave outlet just 5 min walk away actually has far more options for coffee and actually serves...
