Mugdha Silk Saree Shop l HSR Layout, Bengaluru. — Local services in Bengaluru

I visited first time in this showroom with my family after coming down from abroad country for saree purchase but unfortunately I can see that there is poor customer service we are standing on the first floor nobody guided us also no body noticed and they all doing their own works the showroom is also very small with very limited silk sarees very low designs and we came to know finally they have only 21 k+ fixed price starting sarees so we asked if anything below that and someone told me to go upstairs nd we allotted with an lady whose behaviour was very poor and too attitude she was screaming and scolding us to another shop person in local language Kansas as she thought we don’t know the languages the lady was very poor in communication she showed her irritation while showing the sarees she showed us some five Darren’s and not addressed anything briefly about the store when we asked about silk purity she has gone high and reflecting her angry and irritation don’t know how this silk saree store is running in this beautiful city don’t go only with their ravishing reviews poor customer service and the products !they are not showing silk purity details or anything they don’t have return or exchange prices are very high for very simple sarees !how they are running with these indescent ladies or staffs seriously we don’t know ! We adjusted everything...

Very bad experience with Mugdha - HSR Layout

I'm not talking about products, I'm talking about customer service. They made us to leave our belongings outside and not providing enough security for it. When we lost something and questioning them they don't have any answers except saying sorry.

I left my footwear outside, after completion of shopping when I came out found that someone stolen it. When we call manager on it they acted like searching something in cellar and inside, finally came out and saying like no where it found. When I asked manager he cant help on it since today his security person on leave. Then I asked this is what you are taking care about customer belongings who came to give business to you. Then he concluded with a simple SORRY. Is this what we expect ? Normally no one is asking to keep footwear outside, if they did and they will provide proper tagging system. Here nothing there. No protection for our personal belongings.

This review I'm writing to showcase their irresponsible answers when I'm question on security replacement. Especially that Manager really don't know how to maintain that store and how to behave with customers. Beware of this irresponsible...

We have been regular customers of mugdha we used to wait for all the exhibitions that used to come in bangalore.. We used to come to hyderabad only to shop ur collection.. We were more than happy when we got to know a store is opening in bangalore..

Visited the hsr layout store today we hav shopped for upto a lakh! Wanted to share a genuine review with you about our bad experience that we had.. So basically the collection is excellent.. The customer response to be very honest is very bad! They do not want to show the collection properly they want to influence you only to buy the costlier collection,from the ladies who tie sarees to the managers they are very arrogant. So when went to exchange a saree,we were also seeing the less costlier ones thinking we could buy another sarree for the remaining amount,this manager called naveen communicated to the guy who was showing us sarees and told him in a very rude tone that whatever the exchange price is should be cleared he was infact arrogant throughout.. Even we have the minimum sence of knowing that basic fact it was completely unnecessary.. Hoping that you would work on this aspect to build in more customers in...
