Long review but read the whole thing If you want toture you will get it better living on the road than in this place Worst place to live I lived here seven weeks

Sales team does not care once they have brought you into property and you have signed the paper and moved int the room

They booked four people to move into the same room on same day without even thinking , took a whole day to sortout

Finally they opened Clanton and gave us the rooms

It took them two weeks to correct the name of building my room was in

Colive , without prior notice just messages 5days before rent due , to say they have increased rent by 50%

When you ask on zoom chat they remove themselves from the chat leaving you to think what is to be done

App is all stupidity as if you select you are an existing member it will just say go back to app

When you try connecting by whatsapp answers come almost one hour later

In seven weeks I have seen 4 managers change and 3 sets of janitors change

In that lift has stopped almost every week Generator backup is bad as it gets damaged easy

Water needs to be constantly checked as quite often lower water tank gets dry and then building does not have water

No hot water, asked colive to increase temperature several times stiill nonanswer

Tickets raised are often closed even without checking whether it was ever open

Electricity shuts down often as electrical work is not proper and MCB shorts often

Washing machines have foul odour and one does not even drain , even after complaining colive does nothing

Wifi , they say they give good speed but really does not reach the room and also very slow

The rooms leaving 10 or 12 do not have enough light and quite a few windows peep into the adjacent building windows

Food services have just started properly but they often forget to give any ladles so you need to figure how to pick up food from the containers

Overall very bad experience from colive and property overall

I was asked to pay some amount to keep my room for final month , but they changed their mind and asked me to pay the higher price rent now

I refuse to pay such high amounts for a building of such quality and such experience and such apathetic staff and management company

I am leaving with just one day notice as I cannot even live with this anymore even though I have still not fixed future pg or accomodation

Living on the road is better u feel than living in any...

• Food.. worst😡 It's only available for 15 mins that too in odd timings • Lift breakdown.. worst😡 Every 2 days a once.. lift will not work • Cleaning is done only once in a week.. which is even more worst😡 they will hardly clean the room within a minute • Customer service.. worst worst worst😡 • There will be no hot water.. firstly there is water issue 24/7😡 • Leave about regular water, most of the times.. there is no drinking water.. which is even more worst to the core😡 • For every minute issue, we are asked to raise a request in the app which are never looked into..😡 • Wifi is.. extremely terrible😡 Even your mobile data wouldn't work.. signal is that worst😡 • And the main part is.. RENT. They would promise you with one rent amount and they rapidly increase it to 2-3 times of your rent in the very next month's itself😡 The sales person who promised you with the rent will never respond to you.😡 They will fake their words that they left the job.. which is not true. If the rent was not paid due to these reasons, they will charge you extra day by day and they will warn you to throw everything out in a very worst manner🤬 • There will be no point of contact to be reached out to, when you face all of these issues.😡 • There is no use in visiting office either.. very worst worst services. They will shut the doors in your face😡 • Advance amount is never returned back.. if the advance is around 15k, you will only receive 1/4th as a check to your aadhar address which is not guaranteed as well😡 Personally I have never received my advance deposit.

NEVER EVER JOIN THESE SO CALLED "COLIVE". ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE YOU WILL EVER FACE IN YOUR LIFE. THEY WILL STRESS YOU...

If you are planning to stay in Colive Clanton please read this else you will face soo many issues

Rent - Every month they will increase room rent by 1000/2000 , increase food charges, add extra electricity bill . So basically your total rent will increase by 3000-4000 every month. If you try to talk to property manager he will ask you to talk to sales manager. If you raise voice against this issue then they send local goons to collect money and even harass you in several way.

Food - Unhygienic, tasteless and sometimes even rotten food.

Internet - Minimum 10 days in a month internet does not work.

Water - Water is only available from 7AM to 10 PM.

Lift - Does not work.

Room cleaning - Raju Bhaiya is good he clean every room twice per week.

My sales manager was namipriya and she was soo unprofessional, rude and even threat that she will send goons if I don't pay extra deposit money which was nowhere mentioned.

Payal was account manager and she only know to collect money.

Also they keeps changing property manager so don't beleive any property manager.
