I recently visited Subway Bellandur, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience that did not live up to the standards I expect from Subway.
Firstly, the service was incredibly poor. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, which reflected in the overall customer experience. There was no friendly greeting or assistance while placing my order, leaving me feeling unwelcome.
Moreover, the biggest letdown was the quality of the food. The bread served to me was disappointingly cold and seemed like it hadn't been baked properly. This not only affected the taste but also raised concerns about the outlet's commitment to freshness and quality.
To add to the frustration, I was told that the outlet only accepts cash payments, and there was no provision for online payment or even a printed bill. This outdated and inconvenient payment method only added to the negative experience.
As a loyal Subway customer, I must express my disappointment with the lack of adherence to Subway's quality and service standards at this particular outlet. It's unfortunate that such an experience tarnishes the reputation of the brand.
I hope the management takes these feedbacks seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that others do not encounter similar issues in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend Subway Bellandur to anyone seeking a pleasant and satisfying...

Next, the staff is incredibly rude. I had ordered a snack wrap and the guy at the counter tells me that the minimum transaction amount for a credit card is 100. Is that really the case ? Then he took 15 mins to confirm the payment amount so I could make the same payment with UPI. Later when I asked, he said rudely "I'm not sitting idle, I'm working the cash register". Read moreI ordered a club sub from here and had a ridiculous experience. Basically I just received bread, Mayo and veggies with no meat in it. Absolutely no meat. I mean, how can you forget to put meat in a Subway?
Well, that's not even the point, I called them up to say that this happened. Someone picked up the phone and slammed the phone down. Engaged for the rest of the night.
The next day, I called them up and told them to refund the order value. They said they need approval from someone called Bharani It's been 4 days, no revert from them yet. I am not going to follow up for 500 bucks. But I want to create awareness about such scams.
