Pizza Hut | Cental 3 Mall, Bangalore — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Visited today for the lunch. I remember those golden days when masala pitcher, pizza and garlic bread used to be best in pizza hut. However that took a jolt today- Food was average No tissue paper on tables, requested 5 times then received with very dejected mood. Same with request for fork spoon, for having pasta, took time to provide. They first preferred to fill the spoons on stands on empty tables than giving to a waiting customer. Must be a methodical person. Ordered Lemonade pitcher, and after 3 to 4 time asking we we almost didnt had any food left on table, this arrived in 4 glasses.

Seems sunset of pizza hut is very near now, not able to live with competition and what mades the dine in experience so bad is the attitude and sadness of people working here. You can see there is no attendee to take order, and after waiting they asking to place order from mobile. I see directly that order is possible from those system, however as I mentioned earlier, they deny to do it. Even one lady customer argued and then they placed the order from system from her. Mr...

I feel so sad to be giving this rating to this particular pizza Hut. I have been going there since the mall opened. And I went back after two years and was so disappointed to see what has happened to the place. There were only two people to serve in the restaurant. They weren't able to handle all the tables. Takes forever to take orders. Menu: No soup, no salads, no garlic breads. I had gone to eat the soup and garlic bread. Hoping to make a complete meal of it. And they didn't have anything other than pizza and garlic bread sticks. Then came the plates. They were dirty. Like really dirty. See image. We asked for replacement. Thankfully the pizza tasted good. But the overall experience was really sad. And then took forever to get the bill.

These guys are really understaffed and the two people there were super overworked. I feel bad for them. Pizza Hut should hire more staff or shut...

1star for central Bellandur mall piza hut outlet- Late service Very late service, after 5min. Of serving pizza, they will give ketchup.

When u ask for spicy sauce, waiter named health reacted - what spicy sauce, we don't have any spicy sauce. When I asked any other sauce other than tomato, he said yeah we have chilly sauce. Now that was the very good way to understand what ur customer wants. Right?

When u are looking for some waiter , there one no one around. And when we found one person taking order of other guests, when we are calling for assistance, and even after eye contact, waiter didn't respond didn't react. Most important...no AC ; no fan ; we we're sweating while eating. And they gave us water- close to lukewarm 😑
