I would not like to waste my time to write a elaborate review for this property, even when it is a negative one.
The issues faced by me are the following.
No car park. Had to park my car on the road. Even though they have a cellar parking, it is for their employees two wheelers.
No restaurant available. Hence no breakfast. By mistake if you opt for a option, which is inclusive breakfast, you would be waiting for eternity. The bell boy will get it from outside at a time of his convenience.
You may have to carry a can of Hit cockroach, because you will find many, loitering in your room.
No credit card swiping machine. Hence you will have to pay cash or UPI.
The attitude of the front desk staff will not improve the business of this hotel, ever.
No hot water making kettle in the room. Atleast could have had some, green tea Dips.
The bed in which I was sleeping, was very old, it was sinking in the middle.
There was a window with a broken glass and it was covered by a news paper. When I pointed out, the receptionist told me that they had been looking out for a carpenter, but with no luck.
The LED bulb in the lobby outside #303 keeps on flickering, that it gives a disco pub effect, when you enter the floor.
The flush in the toilet gets stuck and water gets leaked all the time. There is some sound coming out of the pipe system, and it's a continuous one. Something wrong with the plumbing or motor.. I do not know what.
Overall the maintenance is pathetic. But most people stay there is because it cheap and of its proximity to all IT offices.
Fab hotels should either leave the property or someone from your organization should go and stay yourself for a week, at Sri Krishna, to ensure everything is...
We - myself and wife - stayed one day at this Hotel on 29th May. I booked the ticket through online and informed the Manager that we will be reaching there in the morning hours. I expected joyful stay at the hotel. But.. ||After long journey we have reached the Hotel. Manager of the hotel with a stubborn face simply said that as check time is 12 Noon, no rooms available, and have to wait up to 10am. I have requested him to provide the rest room until then. But he said no such facility available, as tourists misuse them! As we sat in the lounge with confusion and helpless, he did not have the courtesy to guide us that there will be a restaurant at the top floor and can refresh ourselves.||||Some how a smiling waiter came who hails from Kolkatta, and guided us to the restaurant, where we got freshening ourselves, had breakfast and waited for two hours. Around 10.30 we got the room.||||The room facility was OK. Bath room and toilets were untidy. Flush was not working properly. Restaurant provides veg/non veg food. We are pure vegetarians, and not much variety of veg food available. The heartening part is that waiters were very polite and helpfull. But not the manager! ||Finally, I can't understand the logic behind the check in time of the lodge. Tourists from different places usually reach the destination in morning hours. Hence hotels should keep the check in time at morning hours. If not, they have to provide one or tow rest rooms for the tourists who have booked in advance, so that they will not face the hard ship which we have faced at Shree Krishna suits, Bellandur, Bangalore. I have travelled and stayed in many hotels, and learnt a lesson after the bitter experience!...
Read moreThe doors have issues with the locks - either they are too difficult to insert keys or too difficult to open. None of the rooms have locking system from inside and anyone from the staff can enter anytime with their master key. We had booked 2 rooms and the manager himself tried to enter the room at around 3 am in the morning. Though he apologized after getting caught, it left the lady in the room quiet traumatized. Totally unsafe for women I would say. Amenities like electic kettle and dining options also not available. There are lots of cockroaches in every room. In one of the rooms that we were given, the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling which was later changed. The ACs were leaking in every room and also no airport shuttle was available.
