I have been visiting this mall since 2011. It was Central but now it Is CENTRO.
On the ground floor there is KFC, MacDonald, Pizza Hut, Reliance Smart Bazaar, Chaat lounge and Mobishield. KFC, Macd, And Pizza Hut are atleast 10 years old. Chaatlounge was recently Cafe Coffee Day when it was Central, And Mobishield was PopHop, a popsicle store.
Like other malls, It has a circular garden and a Desserts store called Dock frostd. Food is almost good and tasty. Washroom is also been renovated. Food Bazaar is Now Reliance Smart Bazaar, but it lacks a pickle store, Taste of South and many other mini shops in the bazaar.
In first floor, there is Women Western wear just like before, and a watch and perfumes center. There is also an extra escalator to directly enter.
In second floor, there is a toy store Called Hamleys and women's Indian wear, Soch and Libas.
In third, there are men's clothes etc.
In fourth floor there is a small PVR with a missing trailer and A bicycle store and bags store. And that's it.
But I miss the fifth and sixth floors a lot. Even the huge circular balcony with a Cafe called Costa🥺
It was closed last year, but now it is renovating. They have demolished the floors and are re-constructing it. And for the balcony, it's open for workers.
Toss food Lounge, Costa, Charcoal, Sharaab factory, panchavati gaurav, 7d voyage, Strykes bowling, a play arena etc. are all gone, but now there's going to be some good eatery again in the both floors, I suppose 🤔
The floors would be open in the end of the year I think. There is a large hole in the side of the mall.
Even though this mall lacks things now like the mini concert in the ground floor, It is still fun. Enjoy the hygienic chaat and many others things in the...
Read moreI have added a photo on how this reputed mall misleading the customers. They have kept the discounted clothes along with non discounted ones.
Also, the placement of the discounted banner was in a way that when you will enter the floor, first thing you will look at , will be these clothes.
When we complained about this to the store manager, he was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. He said we will keep it as is , customer has to read each and everything and do the shopping at their own risk.
Also he was not agreed to even give gaps between the non-discounted and discounted clothes.
I have purchased from central mall of rupees more than 1 Lakh ( for my marriage) of clothes & related accessories. We have four families residing here in Bangalore who also visit this mall.
After this incident we are not going to visit the store and also will recommend the customers to do shopping with eyes and ears open because these cheaters are there to loot you.
I am very disappointed with the prestigious mall like this, but it’s their loss (if any) not mine , because there are lots of mall in Bangalore for us to visit and do...
Read moreA lot needs to be changed here. The arrangement is clumsy. One needs to cover a good ground to go from one section to another. May be this is a marketing tactic so that the shoppers will cover entire collection, but that’s too much.
Billing counters! Where should I start? They have very good billers but too few. Rest all have very minimum experience or no experience at all. Most of the good staff are occupied helping the inexperienced ones and during peak times this place turns out a fish market with no seller. They should really improve on the staff’s skill set. (I have 100 other things to complain but I’m in no mood).
Restrooms! Do you guys even see how other shopping malls are maintaining their washrooms? It’s a shame! No words.
Parking! Improper planning for entry and exit. Less space compared to other malls. And dirty!
One very good thing about this central is the proximity to tech parks. It’s easy to go on weekdays when the crowd is less.
Before starting this review I gave 3.. now after reaching the end I changed my mind...
