highly unprofessional and unacceptable experience I had at Grand Continent Hotel, Brookefield, Bengaluru.

My company had booked a stay with your hotel for two days, with prior and repeated communication confirming my late-night arrival on the 5th of August. Despite multiple calls from your team confirming my arrival time, I was shocked to find at 2:00 AM that my room had been allocated to someone else, and I was informed the property was sold out.

As a female traveler arriving past midnight on a business trip, this situation not only caused immense inconvenience but also compromised my safety. The alternative arrangements offered were completely unacceptable and unworthy of the standards expected, especially given the late hour.

It is deeply disappointing that despite being fully aware of my arrival, the hotel chose to prioritize profit over basic ethics and guest safety — effectively double-booking the room to earn revenue from multiple guests. This reflects a serious lack of integrity and complete disregard for customer well-being, particularly towards women traveling alone.

Had I been informed even an hour in advance, I could have arranged alternative accommodation. But clearly, the intent was to avoid cancellation and not lose revenue — a grossly unethical practice.

I demand a formal apology and full compensation for this ordeal. I am also raising this matter with: • Consumer Forum India • Hospitality regulatory authorities • My corporate travel desk for blacklisting this hotel chain

I had a truly delightful stay at Grand Continent Brookefield...Sarovar Portico Affiliate Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism that instantly made me feel welcome.

The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-maintained with all the comforts one could ask for. The attention to cleanliness and detail is commendable. The restaurant serves an excellent variety of dishes with both taste and presentation exceeding expectations...a real highlight of the stay.

The staff deserves special mention for their attentiveness and genuine care. Every request was handled with efficiency and a smile, creating a personalized and memorable experience.

The location is also ideal, providing easy access to major business hubs and shopping areas, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

It was a corporate visit. Compared to other hotels in Whitefield these hotel are big and its well maintained. Cleaning of the room and bathrooms were nearly and clean. Rooms has a AC and Fan along with Balcony. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and tasty even with minimal choices the food was good. Seating in the restaurant was good. All the staffs were good and responding to the problem immediately. They gave a pickup and drop facility to office in the stay package. Only problem observed was Internet WiFI facilities. Very poor. Even after complaining multiple times they were not able to fix it. Bandwidth they have is not good. Teill you are in calls through teams or webex it's fine once screen sharing starts it goes for a toss. If they improve the Wifi facilities the hotel is perfect. Gym is in the parking area. It's small but equipped with all the basics and almost every workout can be done. Overall good stay but officially internet is poor which is very important during the business trips. Hope they will take the action...
