If the owners are listening and really care about the property, they should pay heed to the reviews and take some action before this property is filled with negative reviews due to the mismanagement and absolutely pathetic hygiene. Bathroom is badly maintained. It stinks all the time. Its like using public washrooms. The urinal flush doesn’t work and its a torture to go pee. I am surprised how this level of poor hygiene is being maintained. The pods look clean but if observed closely there’s a lot dust, hair, under the pod door. The bedsheets and pillow covers are not properly cleaned. The AC in the workplace is kept switched off all the time and the workplace itself has weird smell. There is no ventilation whatsoever. There is no free water available. The wifi is flaky and not appropriate to attend meetings. The main gate is closed at night and you cannot enter/exit from 12am to 7am. The receptionist guy is a nice guy but doesn’t really take care of the property despite providing feedback on multiple occasions. Not professional. The least he can do is relay the complaints to the owners so that they are aware. As somebody pointed out earlier, there are red ants at the workplace area and sofa. Dont think it ever gets cleaned. Lastly, this property has a lot of scooe of improvement, but needs a proper management. Its a great idea put poorly managed. If I were the owner, I would visit the property and see the issues myself and get them fixed ASAP. But I doubt the owners even...

If you just have to stay for the night and sleep, the place is good and pocket friendly. The PODs were clean and good ambience. A TV would have been nice!! Checkin was fast but be aware the main gate closes around 1 AM. After that you have to call the number to have someone come and let you in. Bathrooms were okayish but that is always going to be an issue with common bathrooms. It can do itself some good with right mainetnece and cleanliness. Water pressure in basins was low. The WC stall that I used had plumbing issues and I had to press the flush button with all my might to get it going. Drinking water is chargeable a f you cant have food in your POD. There is a working space provided but it was not very clean, but I reached late night so maybe next day cleaning would address that. The PODs have good size, however the locker was small and could not adjust a standard size suitcase. But thanks to fair sized PODs I could adjust that and my laptop bag and still sleep well. There was some noise felt when someone would get into the POD above you, but not enough to wake you from sleep. If you just have to stay the night/s and will be out during the day, book it. If you need to be in room during the day also, this may not be ideal as all you can do in the PODs...
