I recently dined at The Imperio, unfortunately, it was not the experience I had hoped for. Here’s a breakdown of my visit:

Food Quality:

The food left much to be desired. I ordered a plate shawarma, and to my dismay, it had barely any meat in it. It was mostly filler, and the flavor was underwhelming. The photos attached tell the story better than words.

Service: The service was mediocre at best. The staff seemed disinterested, and it was challenging to get their attention when needed. Friendliness was lacking, which is a letdown for a restaurant in this price range.

Ambiance: The restaurant’s ambiance was decent, with a clean and well-lit dining area. However, it couldn’t make up for the lackluster food and service, when asked for the WiFi password because of weak mobile network, they said they don’t have the password

Value for Money: Regrettably, the prices did not align with the quality of the food and service. It felt like a rip-off for what was delivered.

Suggestions for Improvement: I would recommend that imperio restaurant focus on improving the quality of their dishes and invest in better customer service training for their staff. The experience should match the prices they charge.

Have been regular customer of imperio in kalyannagar , but this place was horrible experience.They have limited people taking order and that person never comes back and I had to walk to him and give orders and check on my orders. Gave order for dal, ghee rice and kabab.

First got cold kabab and it was bad tasting , for next 15 minutes no other item nor any waiter reachable. Was hungry and finished the kabab. Then gets just rice for 5 minutes as dal fry was taking time so ordered another half kabab, then come wierd tasting dal fry. Then no kababa against and confused waiters.

I go and ask why you are sending one item at a time and cold he says it takes time to cook and he can give bill if I want. Then saw another table people also fighting with other waiter for half an hour delay of their simple fried chicken.

Try to visit washroom,I am not sure if Thai si one day or everyday but it's was horrible maintenance. I was visiting at 11.30 so maybe that's the reason they were closing but service was just horrible. Everyone was struggling to give orders
