I stayed here as part of a company relocation, and it was a huge disappointment. The hotel charges a premium but delivers next to nothing in return.

The food is horrible – same bland, low-quality meals every single day.

The Wi-Fi is a joke – barely usable, and even after multiple complaints, nothing gets fixed and absolutely no urgency in resolving any issues.

What’s worse, the services advertised online are fake – there’s no gym, no playing area, nothing that they claim in the listing. Just empty promises to lure people in.

Extremely disappointing experience during checkout on 8th December. I was wrongly accused of missing a water glass, despite proof that only one was provided at check-in. This unnecessary accusation delayed my checkout by 30 minutes, causing me to miss two Uber rides. The staff was rude and unprofessional, even implying guests steal coffee sachets. I’ve attached a picture of the staff member who behaved as if he is the king of this hotel. Very bad behavior and unprofessional service. Such conduct is unacceptable for a "premium" hotel.
