Mulberry Residency — Hotel in Bengaluru

I have stayed here for 2 nights , felt really happy when I checked in that rooms was good for the rate but then started all worst past. Bath room was so dirty and it was cleaned at all . All the balance materials from previous guest we're kept there . The promised that he will come back and clean but it never happened during the entire stay. Room was never cleaned , no fresh towel. ||||Final day , I went out for a while but informed the guys that I will be back by evening. After half an hour,I got a call from the reception which was forced by their so called owner saying that they have got a guest who's waiting for a room and they kept my luggage under the staircase,which is ridiculous and saying that their owner is not at all fit to run a hospitality business.that fellow never had courtesy to meet me and put the blame on poor staff. Eventually he made me to pay for the room which they sold to someone. Ridiculous service.will never ever go or recommend...||||High time to close these kind of business and owners, just...

I stayed at Lodge recently, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The lodge is exceptionally clean, and I was pleased to find hot water readily available. One significant advantage was the absence of bed bugs, which is always a relief.

However, I did notice that they displayed a lower price than what they charged me (1200 rupees for 2 adults). This discrepancy was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the bathrooms were clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the presence of a lift was convenient for accessing higher floors.

I am stayed with my family there . Nearby rooms they are allowed drinking persons . Mid night they are heating my room doors many times. I call the hotel incharge same time they never answer my call . Morning I informed the hotel incharge they are never take action.
