Editing this we didn't talk rudely with your staff .hell it took more than 40 mins to serve just 2 plates of idli. We asked just why it happened like this that's it. Your hotel staff became Very arrogant while answering.. and being a owner you should teach your staff in customer management services. Your staff behaviour reached peack of arrogance in past 4 months.
And we respect to food and time both. If on-time food is not servable at that place how much big hotel it's doesn't matter. I know you feel if one customer lost nothing to lose from your end that's fine. It's my duty to share the pain which I had from your staff to you. your staff didn't learnt basic talking professionalism that's rediculous. Thanks for your response....

After being seated, we had to wait for over half an hour before any staff attended to us, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The lack of customers seemed to reflect the poor service. When we politely raised our concerns with the cashier, we were met with a rude and unprofessional response, being told not to return to the hotel.
