Bake stir fry has now become my go-to comfort place. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming environment that instantly made me feel at ease.

First and foremost, let's talk about the food. Oh, how I relish every bite served at this café! Each dish, from their mouthwatering sandwiches to delectable noodles,pasta to hot chocolate, coffee or cooling beverages is beyond compare. But what truly sets this place apart are the authentic preparations they offer. pav bhaji to aloo luchi takes me on a culinary journey. Every dish I have tried so far has been an impeccable 10/10. Another aspect that deserves mention is the talented and welcoming chef.

Bake Stir Fry is one of those quaint homely cafes that brings back all the nostalgia around migrating birds who miss the sumptuously delicious food of Kolkata Run by Debolina, the cafe is amply staffed and has a cozy homely vibe where one can sit for hours and spend quality time with friends and family. There are books and music to entertain and the ambience is welcoming. We ordered Kolkata special chowmein and Chicken Kebab roll. The chowmein had good quantity and the intelligent addition if green chillis elevated the oomph of the dish. It had a good mix of chicken, eggs and veggies that can give you a happy tummy after you finish the plate The Chicken roll was surprisingly BIG (refer to attached photos) and the dough was extremely soft and flaky (unlike the rubbery rolls that are usually common at other outlets) It brought back my memories of the famous Kolkata Kathi Roll and it is a must try at this cafe. Overall it was a wonderful experience and next time i’d look forward to try out their pizzas and pastas and well known french toasts...

I was a little skeptical when I saw the ratings of this small Cafe. But my perception changed when I visited there. Food was simply amazing and there were lots of options as well. French toast was absolutely heavenly. It melts in the mouth. Never tasted one like that earlier. Pancake was amazing as well. We ordered English breakfast also and it was delicious. Aloo parantha was average but if you order aloo parantha in a Cafe with name "Bake, Stir & Fry", you know what you should expect. They prepared everything fresh and that makes all dishes delicacies. This small cozy Cafe has few books and board games as well. Go there with plenty of time in hand and relish good food and engage in some good conversations or may be read some book.
