Radisson Blu Hotel, Atria Bengaluru — Hotel in Bengaluru

We have had the most terrible experience staying at this hotel, totally not accepted from a chain of hotels such as Radisson. We checked in at around 4 pm and the room was not ready. The excuse given was that the previous guests checked out late due to a medical emergency. We were made to wait for 20 minutes with no offer of a welcome drink or even water. Then we were given the key and told to proceed to the suite We had booked. No one accompanied us or told us which elevator to take to get to our room neither did anyone guide us. We asked one of the bell boys who told us which way to go. When we entered the suite the staff was cleaning it and they looked askance and wanted to know why we were there and we had to tell them that we have booked the room. It was a terrible welcome! We found the bathroom door was off it's hinges. There was no fruit platter which was supposed to be kept in the suite. The wifi was not working. When we told the front desk they gave us a dongle which also stopped working. The next day they replaced the dongle which stopped working too and it was replaced again. On the third morning of our stay as I entered the bathroom area I slipped and fell because there was a puddle of water which had leaked from the ceiling! We called the reception and finally someone came to check after 2 successive calls. The staff told us they would need to check the ceiling and our bags were removed and placed on the bed. They found the AC tubing was leaking and said it would need to be repaired. They left without putting our bags back and we were left hanging with all our bags placed on the bed. By then my shoulder and arm and hip were hurting badly. No one from the management came to check on us. We told them we need another suite as were were going to be staying for another 3 days. We were told the suite would be ready after 12. By then I was in pain and very angry by the way we were being treated, eventhough we were longstanding guests and staying for 5 nights. When we finally got angry a lady from the management came and made all the right noises and expressed her regret at what had happened. We told her we are checking out as we did not want to spend another minute at the hotel. At checkout we were told by the Manager that they had waived of our food bill and one day's stay. His words were 'This is all we can do for something like this' Did he mean that if I had cracked my skull he would have given a higher compensation?!

Sourabh and Sanjeet are equally outstanding. Both are always ready to assist, offering a friendly and welcoming demeanor that makes my stay even more enjoyable. Their commitment to providing excellent service adds a personal touch to my experience, and I always feel well taken care of during my time at the hotel.

Whiskey Bar and the Signature LIT Cocktail One of my favorite spots at Radisson Blu Atria is the Whiskey Bar, where I always enjoy the signature LIT cocktail. Its perfect balance of citrus and smoky flavors makes it a standout drink every time. The bartenders at the Whiskey Bar are skilled professionals who consistently provide top-tier service and make the entire experience enjoyable. The atmosphere here is relaxed, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.

Chef Aashiq’s Culinary Delights Dining at Radisson Blu Atria is another highlight of my visits, thanks to the incredible talent of Chef Aashiq. His culinary creations are nothing short of exceptional. Each dish is prepared with the freshest ingredients and bursts with vibrant flavors. Whether it’s a multi-course meal or a casual bite, Chef Aashiq’s attention to detail and innovative approach to food always leave me looking forward to my next visit.
