My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I checked in, it was evident that this establishment fell far short of even basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a musty odor that immediately put me on edge. As I approached the bed, my worst fears were confirmed - there were unmistakable signs of bed bugs infesting the mattress. The sight of these pests crawling around was utterly repulsive and enough to send me packing immediately.
To make matters worse, the exorbitant cost of the rooms was completely unjustified given the appalling conditions. It felt like a slap in the face to pay such a high price for a room infested with bed bugs.
However, the most disappointing aspect of my stay was the complete lack of accountability from the management. When I brought the issue of bed bugs to their attention, they were dismissive and offered no apology or solution. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.
In conclusion, I urge anyone considering a stay at to steer clear at all costs. The presence of bed bugs, coupled with the exorbitant prices and indifferent management, makes this hotel an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and find...
Read moreAfter arriving at Bangalore railway station, we encountered an elderly person who offered to help us find a hotel. Despite being familiar with Bangalore, we were exhausted from traveling and accepted his assistance. He directed us to this hotel, and although we initially hesitated, we lacked the energy to search for alternatives. At the reception, we inquired about the price of an AC room, which was quoted at 1800 rupees. Negotiating, we offered 1500 rupees, but settled at 1600 rupees upon the receptionist's insistence. Disappointingly, the room was small and unclean, and the AC was dysfunctional despite attempts by maintenance to rectify the issue. The outdated equipment seemed more for show than functionality. Additionally, the WiFi was unreliable. The next morning, we informed the receptionist of the AC and WiFi problems, requesting a refund equivalent to the difference in price between AC and non-AC rooms. Although initially resistant, she eventually refunded 200 rupees. It was clear she lacked the skills to effectively handle customer concerns. The worst hotel ever, not...
