Brik Oven is my top recommendation for anyone who loves pizza or is visiting Bangalore for the first time. Their Neapolitan pizzas are simply unmatched, and the overall dining experience is always top notch.

The moment you walk into Brik Oven, you’re greeted by a sky themed ambiance that immediately sets the mood for an extraordinary dining experience. Its sky inspired decor takes the dining experience to another level, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy great food.

Hawaiian Salad - The roasted chicken was tender and flavorful, and the dressing tied everything together beautifully, adding just the right amount of tang and sweetness.

The Polo Marzano, also known as Today’s Special Pizza. This is hands down my favorite pizza in Bangalore. The sun dried tomatoes brought a rich, tangy kick that perfectly complemented the fresh ingredients and soft, chewy Neapolitan crust. It’s a pizza that never disappoints.

The Chimi Toro Pizza was another standout. The chimichurri sauce was simply amazing, adding a burst of herby, garlicky goodness that elevated the entire dish. The flavors were bold yet balanced.

For sides, the Marinara Wings were a delight. Made with their in house marinara sauce and roasted to perfection, the wings were juicy and packed with flavor.

I tried the Big Bang Shake and the Million Dollar Shake both were rich, creamy, and indulgent, perfect for those with a sweet tooth. The Virgin Sangria was a refreshing choice, offering a fruity option that paired well with the pizzas.

I also had the Garlic Bread with Cheese, which was a classic comfort dish, and the Pesto Roasted Chicken & Olives Garlic Bread, which brought a nice twist with the addition of pesto, giving it a fresh zesty flavor.

Food is excellent - ordered 2 non-veg pizzas OG's (kids favourite) and another along with Ceasar chicken salad the last time we went. The kids choice was spot on as the previous 2 visits - OG's was the best of the lot. But the Ceasar salad dressing was also so good that the kids joined in and said 'didn't know salad tasted so good.'!

Service is mediocre with your having to really wait (or fight)for attention from the staff. Also, the qr code menu option is quite a cheap money saving option with the menu going away every time you switch the phone window or screen times out. To top it, there's an ad of theirs which pops everytime you re-access the menu. Even worse, our table didn't even have the qr card placard and I had to shamelessly point it at the next occupied table and my phone managed to pick it from the distance, since there was no attention from the waiter for a goof 10 minutes after we sat down. The ambience befits an office canteen - which it is given that it's at the lobby of prestige trade tower. If you get the inside seats near the oven, it feels like they offered you seats in the kitchen itself! The seat we were offered was occupied by a staff member and he was asked to move when we walked in. Guess it didn't feel nice to both parties with the staff making a face and walking away. There are seats beyond the oven area which we have never managed to get in any visit - was full during weekend dinner time and during lunch it was closed with quite a few staff loitering around there.
