Regenta Inn Grand Koramangala — Hotel in Bengaluru

I just completed my 3-night stay with this business boutique hotel. I must say, I was very satisfied with my room (101). It was super clean, with amazing amenities, clean towels, a beautifully designed room, a super comfortable bed with soft relaxing Green cushions, soft relaxing pillows, and so much more. Special attention has been given to the details when it comes to placing beautifully lit bed reading lights, big LCD TV, Tata Sky with Hindi and English channels, big closet to hang your shirts, business suits, a nice mini-fridge. I would like to personally thank the day Manager of this hotel Mr. Shiva and Mr. Prasad for taking very good care of me, and the room service boy (Mr. Subhu and Mr. Suman) who was so polite, well-mannered. He kept my room super clean and provided me all the fresh towels. The location of this hotel is on 80feet road. Located in a prime location of Koramangala. The lobby of this hotel is super nice and they have a very nice Roof-top open view BwB restaurant on the 4th floor. Highly recommended for people coming for business trips or hosting major business events/seminars. The breakfast was really top quality with a choice of South Indian and North Indian. Best served Idli with chutney, dosa, paratha. You should try their dal makhani and kebabs, I really appreciate Chef Thiru. The decoration of this hotel is very nice and decorated with a beautiful wall cross design. I especially enjoyed the bathroom amenities (hydrating shower gels, and top quality body lotion and Shampoo). I found my room to smell very nice after each room cleaning (like a nice scented feeling). I was even provided a complimentary breakfast during my checkout. "I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Regent Inn Grand Hotel and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was struck by the grandeur and elegance of the hotel. The lobby was beautifully decorated with crystal chandeliers, plush furnishings, and tasteful artwork.

The room itself was just as impressive, with high ceilings, a comfortable king-sized bed, and a spacious bathroom with all the amenities one could need. The view from the room was breathtaking, with panoramic views of the city skyline that made for a stunning backdrop.

The on-site restaurant also deserves a special mention, as the food was simply divine. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes, which were prepared to perfection and served with a selection of delicious sides.

this is near our office in Bagmane Constellation Business Park. I was going to highly recommend my colleagues and business associates to stay given the walking distance, room cleaniness, and price point BUT the front desk service left a very sour experience. I was very clear from the start i needed invoices for company claims 1/ room stay 2/ meals in restaurant. I stated i needed to check out by 630pm to catch my transport to airport. at 635pm, the front desk did not even have the machine charged, he had to find a charger for card payment. then he told me company policy does not allow him to print or issue me on the day i check out. but he can email to me, and this includes the meals i ate at the restaurant. i gave my name card. and was duly assured i will get it by 21 Dec morning.

i wasted 15 mins trying to sort out with him plus waiting for him to CHARGE that machine in order for it to work.

for the emails with invoices, I waited till evening, didnt get any mails. i called in, only to be told that the hotel policy does not allow issuance of any invoices due to guidelines. this is the first time i hear this from any hotel property. and i dont even get a receipt for my meals. so now i cant claim.
