If my review was soley based on their coffee and ambience, I would have rated them a 5/5. However, the food we ordered was not fresh and dry. The most disturbing part was that their glas shelves had tiny flies flying around. When I notified this to their staff, they took out an electric bat and started killing the flies. Also the kitchen staff were not wearing hair nets while in the kitchen. I enquired about this with the staff at counter and he was kind enough to raise it to the staff in the kitchen. The staff in the kitchen responded to me saying that they just started their day (not sure how it's fine not to wear hair nets if they just started their day).
