I had attended their holi event on 15 th March, entry 300₹, + Mandatory entry charges of 500₹ which can be reimbursed for food and beverages inside. I'd say it's not worth the money. Things I liked They gave us Organic colours to all.
Things I didn't like Speaker and quality of sound was not that great. Dj - completely disappointed because of choice of songs and beats. I was there in a event from 12pm to 3:45pm and I didn't hear a single south indian song. I heard it from my friend that at the last, they played some kannada song. Seriously? I thought they played it for namesake. Honestly I didn't enjoy the music and beats. I had great excitement while booking for the event bcz I saw that the DJ's are pretty famous and it's the biggest holi event in India. But I it's just for a namesake. 500₹ coupon should be paid along with each entry ticket of 300₹. For this amount they can easily gift a t shirt. Very limited food menu, only 3 dishes for vegetarians. a. French fries 400₹ - taste was horrible, the taste was blunt. we will get 40-60₹ tasty potato chips in some hotchips shop.
b. Panner roll 500₹ - seriously?? Again, taste was not good / decent.
c. Some drink with 400₹ - I'm not sure about this and hence, I don't comment on this.
d. Drinks - I'm not a drunkard, but aware of the prices. Not worth the price.
e. I agree that it's a holi event hence water may not be provided, but how should one go without washing his face? You're not allowed in other washrooms like basement, 1st floor. All in all, I'd say the event was not worth the money, 800₹ per person and treated with disgusting food. I'd say entry ticket of 300₹ is fine but opting for coupons should leave it to the people. Some will opt and some may not. But to generate more revenue they made it mandatory. Disappointed with DJ, however I would've happy if they played good Hindi beats. 3-5 songs were good,...

I recently attended the Ram Miriyalas concert at Sunburn Union Pub, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. Let me break down my experience:
Event Delay: The concert was supposed to kick off at 7:30 pm, but the organizers intentionally delayed it to impose a cover charge. Not a great start.
Never-Ending Queues: Despite holding VVIP tickets, my friends and I stood in never-ending queues until 10 pm. The lack of organization was frustrating.
Cover Charge Shenanigans: They slapped a ₹1500 cover charge on us, even though our tickets were only ₹1000. Sure, we got food and drink coupons worth ₹1500, but it felt like a sneaky move.
Crowd Chaos: The organizers seemed unprepared for the massive crowd. One food counter and one overwhelmed staff member for thousands of people? Chaos ensued.
Overpriced Mediocre Food: The food and drinks were overpriced and underwhelming. Plus, the food counter turned into a battlefield. Not cool. Concert Duration Drama: The concert finally started at 10 pm (way past the promised time) and stretched till midnight. Four hours? More like an eternity.
Ram Saved the Day: Thankfully, Ram’s performance was the silver lining. His talent made up for the pub’s shortcomings.
Rude Staff: The pub staff? Well, they could use some lessons in basic courtesy. Not the friendliest bunch.
Ambience and Sound: Okay, let’s end on a positive note. The sound quality and ambience were top-notch.
In summary, Sunburn Union Pub needs a serious overhaul in terms of crowd management, service, and transparency. I’d think twice before...
Read moreALERT! ALERT! ALERT! Don't opt for this place if you don't want to waste your hard earned money. I want to speak about all the problems that I observed here.
Pros: • Food is quite good but lil expensive than most of the places around. • Service is average. • Atmosphere is okayish.
Cons: • DISCRIMINATION ALERT!! It's wrttien NO SMOKING ZONE in bold on the screen still if you can pay hefty amount (more than 15-20k) then you will have a privilege to smoke in the No Smoking zone also. Britishers had left the country long back, but they forgot to take back their legacy from the management of this place. When I asked the manager about this weird policy he came up with a lame reasoning that those are VIP areas and the suction is great over that particular part. • Even seal packed cigarettes are not allowed inside which I have never seen all the around the country. At the reception we were told that we can get cigarettes at the normal market price wherein we were charged double. When I asked about this miscommunication to the management they were not ready to take the accountability and said they don't know what the receptionists say the management is not going take that liability. • The bouncer's behaviour is unbearable. • The drinks were very expensive which can beat the 5 & 7 star hotels as well. One pint of beer costs ₹600-700, 30ml of Absolute vodka costs ₹600 and after charging this much also the drinks were not at all potent. • They don't give you a table if you are not willing to pay 5-7k. Even though there are empty seats available they still make you stand...
