Worst hotel i have ever been to, not worth for the money paid

When we entered the room it smelled like we entered into wine shop, smoke and other kind of odour, Entrance itself wil say everything about this hotel, you will not be able to find the hotel if you are new to the area because it's merged with other houses and buildings with small gate No parking facility, you have to leave your car at the street with no safety No soap no shower gel or shampoo been provided, they kept some liquid soap which smells like local detergent liquid No amenities really exist as they mentioned in the website Food is cooked by some Hindi guys and breakfast with just two items that u can get for 50rs outside, that is the only thing served here. Elevator not available from 3rd floor to fourth floor if you are old or taking old people with you better not to prefer this hotel. Really not for family or...

I have checked in at around 1.30 pm. When I checked in there was lift repair and once I entered the room wifi was nt working. I have contacted the reception they were working on it and they gave dongle with 3 mpbs speed and after halfn hr they resolved the issue ...Staff was responsive however I complained tht ac was not working properly they initially said its working and it's now 11.35 pm and ac have completely stopped working and I have to travel tomo morning and sleep is spoilt now ..the technicians are working however the room was not worth for price as you get good hotels near by like ramada encore royal orchid....just a bad stay in bangalore ..I feel like fooled up by seeing the...

The stay of a week at Sanctum Suites was delightful. The rooms were clean and spacious. A work desk was provided. WiFi was good. Breakfast provided was really great. Firstly I received a room which had two single-beds for a queen sized bed, which was quite uncomfortable. Later on, upon requesting they changed it to a room with a single queen sized bed. The staff was polite and ready to help at any time, especially Chaitanya and team. It was near Indiranagar which opened you for accessing the city easily.
