Sandesh Kingston — Hotel in Bengaluru

Pathetic place! I made a booking through make my trip for which i had a confirmation received too. Since, I had an early check in due to my travel reasons I called the place twice and spoke to a guy called Nadeem to reconfirm if I can check in early for which he agreed and asked to me to come to the place and check in early. On the day of my check in I reached the location with my luggage along with my senior citizen parents. After coming to the place a disrespectful employee sitting at the counter lightly says there’s no room available. He has no humanity, no problem solving skills absolutely no wisdom at all. Im showing him the confirmation I received in my phone all he says is there’s no room. And when asked what am I to do! His response is do what pleases you there’s no room available. Hotel book from 24-11-2019 to 28-11-2019.||Arrived at Hotel on 24 .11.2019 at 11.30.||To much time for check in.||There were the following problem.||1- when asked for breakfast time they replied there is no restaurant.||2- Break fast will be served in room as from 8.30.||3-The next day no breakfast up to 10.00 we have to take breakfast outside despite having paid for it.||4-No WIFI available.||5- No hot water available for bath.||6- We paid for one room with one double bed and single bed.||7- They did not provide a single bed ,they provide only one mattress to sleep on the floor.||8- Outside hotel very dirty .bad smell||9-Construction site next to my Room wall ,workers start to work as from 6.00||10- We have to leave this hotel the next day as from 12.00 || Very bad service||Avoid this...

Very very Poor Management and Staff Behaviour. The maintenance of Room is very bad dangerous if you go with family and stay. The Bed and Pillows are not washed very bad smell was coming. And also the AC isn’t working properly if you ask the staff to change of room he will tell to go out or you can take no Ac room very rude behaviour. And also the TV won’t work. Especially the wont provide you some basic amenities like water bottle, Towels, Soaps you have you have to ask them every-time for each things. So i suggest please don’t go with family there are very good hotels nearby...
