I.V Sanctum Hotel — Hotel in Bengaluru

We had annual meet up of our organization held this weekend at I V Sanctum. We were 60 people and additional 30 on Friday night for dinner. Everything was taken care of very smoothly. All arrangements were on time'(I m very stringent about time, and food etc were ready and available before time) The location of the hotel is central and v convenient being so close to Majestic Metro and railway station. Taxis, Buses are available right outside. The restaurant is on 7th floor with big glass windows so feels v good to sit and eat delicious food and even better if there is good Breeze. It's hygienic, clean space with good food and variety and they have good space outside both their banquets halls too for separate buffet layout if one wants along with easy access to clean washrooms just few steps away. The hotel staff were warn and nice and very accommodative of our requests. The rooms are nice and clean (we booked 20) , and v comfortable. Even last minute requirements they don't hesitate to take care of. There is parking available at basement so some of us locals had parked the car there itself. Overall we had an excellent stay and all went well on time due to a lot of effort from hotel...

Through the years the place turned from being one of the good places to the worst possible places for lunch buffet. Initially they used to have many items and multiple varieties but now they hardly have one type of food. Coming to variety they have only one non-veg curry, biryani which is bland. Even veg items are very limited and all that prices at around 550 is unfair at the least and loot at the most. Only one sweet and ice cream and nothing else. It looks like the whole restaurant don't want to use any salt, the taste is extremely bland except the sweet. Service/Management is adamant, with a lot of deliberation they provided one chicken starter which was also bland. At the start they said they will negotiate about the price and said to start having food, but later they did not. They were adamant to accept Dineout pay when they have registered there, so why to register there ?

Over and all not worthy the price. Either the restaurant should reduce the price of the buffet or increase the items which they offer. Just not the place to burn your money...

Commitment from Narayana Rao, hotel's Gm requires zero star, they are money minded people, after my booking confirmation for banquet hall, and that too after a week they started requesting me that second day of my booking they want to cancel, Narayana Rao is a dangerous person, if he gets a better deal they will cancel your booking, very dangerous people, dangerous hotel. Finally i was constrained to cancel the booking and blasted that brainless Narayana Rao. Never ever in my life time i want to have service, from this cheaters.

for my review See the explanation given Narayana Rao, again bunch of lies, i can definitely prove that Mr. Narayana Rao you have confirmed my booking, accept the wrong things done by you. Why you want to justify wrong things. I never came in the last minute, once again lie., i have all the evidence, including call recordings, if you promise you will resign from your post if i prove i will give all the evidence to prove that it is your negligence. Now tell me who is having ethics, see google reviews i never commented on any one as i respect people , i require only honesty Mr....
