The Byke Business - Signature (Bangalore) — Hotel in Bengaluru

Hey! Here’s my honest review for the two day stay at this property I hope it helps! The hotel is located in a gated society that secures safety and security concerns. The market is also just opposite to the society, walking distance from the hotel. It was easy to locate as the name is clearly visible from distance. They do have parking facilities. As we enter the hotel the overall ambiance is peaceful. The interiors and the furniture gave a very premium vibe. The cleanliness & hygiene standards were carefully taken care of by the hotel staff. We had a warm welcome by our host, Mr Babu. We were delighted by the humble concern and quick assistance from our host who brief about everything about the property. Mr Babu assisted us throughout our stay. During the room/hotel tour itself you can have the overall vibe of positive as well as healthy environment within the hotel with a very proactively helpful team of staff members. I personally appreciate the level of cleanliness maintained within the hotel premises. As we confirmed our stay, the process checking-in was simple and smooth with the assistance of the host. We received the perfectly ready room with all the amenities ready. The staff efficiently work upon bringing the best of their service(no delays observed throughout our orders/requests). The reception staff suggested us a few famous/ good food restaurant as we headed our. The staff also provided us with medicine on priority during late night, I really appreciate dedication. We had our breakfast buffet here and it was delicious!

We stayed in this hotel twice and took two rooms. The first time it was late at night, so had no choice. The lift wasn't working, however rooms were clean, but no water in one of the rooms. The second time we were tired after traveling for 400km, so decided to stay here as we liked the rooms. This hotel is poorly maintained. Not worth the money we pay. There was no water, AC wasn't working. The manager is a worst fellow. He promised to fix everything while we went out for dinner but when we returned nothing was fixed and it was 12 midnight. No room service or reception call was picked. Horrible experience. I was tired after traveling and had to wait for an hour in the reception and had to create a ruckus to get water as nobody seemed to bother and manager left. In the morning too, nobody picked a call from reception and said it's not working. I don't understand what is working there!! If they are under maintenance, why are they taking the customers and troubling them? We knew we wouldn't get any refund but still demanded it for the horrible experience, but the manager was trying to give excuses and behaved indifferent. He didn't even apologise sincerely. They just want money, staff are hopeless and always trying to escape. I wanted some comfort after a long trip but everything was ruined. Worst...
