The check in and check out staff were courteous, professional and quick with the process. The location of the hotel is highly accessible and close to IT parks. So there are plenty of uber and ola cabs around. The hotel also provides taxi services and tours.
The rooms are quite spacious, have complimentary water, coffee, tea and toiletries. I stayed in 2 different rooms on different occasions.
Coming to the Junior Suite, the room has one area dedicated to dining with television and a corner for study and lounging. The room is spacious. The beds and pillows are not so comfortable. It could be replaced with newer and better ones as the current ones are quite stiff. The bathroom sink and shower area had some blockage and took time to drain water. It was manageable but should be checked to fix the issue. The toiletries were provided in eco friendly dispensers which is a good initiative. The shower gel in this room was quite slippery and it would be better to change it.
The Deluxe King Room was also spacious though it doesn't have a separate area for dining and study. The room looks new and modern compared to the suite room. The beds are better than the ones in the suite room yet stiff and not so comfortable. The bathroom is slightly smaller. The shower gel in this room was relatively better and less slippery compared to the other room. The structure of this room made it more homely and ventilated compared to the T shaped structure of the suite rooms. Please check the mobile shower heads as its spraying everywhere and there's likely a blockage.
The Breakfast buffet was good with a variety of continental and indian dishes. The lounge area has a good atmosphere. The in Room dining menu and food items had good taste and decent variety. Could provide breakfast items during lunch and dinner hours too as some people prefer to high light tiffin during the day or night.
The housekeeping staff were friendly. They could however mop the floors regularly. They just vacuum the floors after requesting the guests. The bathrooms were quickly cleaned so I'm not sure whether they did deep cleaning either. They replenished the complimentary drink items regularly. I would also request that you provide better sweat proof clothing or uniform for the restaurant staff for the necessary reasons.
In general it's a good hotel that's valuable for the price paid with good amenities...
Read moreI stayed at Four Points in Whitefield for business purpose during three weeks and I’m very satisfied with the exceptionally good service and great staff. The service at hotels in India are usually above average compare to the rest of the world and at this hotel it was extremely good even compared with Indian standards. I just nod my head to the chef during breakfast and he prepared the omelet, porridge etc exactly in the way I wanted it and this already after third day ordering the same items. Cleaning service was also extremely good.
My flight departed at 01:00 in the night and even if I checked out in the morning they gave me access to a room for free in the evening such that I could get a shower after office before heading towards the airport. That is something I appreciated a lot and another example of the excellence of their great service. The staff was also very friendly and proactive asking if they could improve my stay in any way.
When it comes to the hotel facilities it is like an average four point’s hotel and you get what you expect from this hotel brand. The hotel opened like 6 months ago so everything felt fresh. They gym was ok but could be improved by adding weights above 15 kilos, the pool was ok but if the hotel is fully booked I guess the amount of sunbeds need to be increased. The bar is closing already at 23:00 between Sun-Thu but I guess that is just Indian regulations so not much the hotel can do about it. No business lounge are available but the restaurant was silent so I could get my relaxed environment anyway.
I give top rate to service, cleaning and staff and I give four out of five to the hotel facilities and hence I will rate is at 4 out of 5 in total. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are here for business purpose and are comfortable with the regular four points...
