I had an extremely disappointing experience recently. Prior to booking a room, I inquired about the check-in policy, specifically asking whether they offered a 24-hour check-in option or if it was the standard 12 noon check-in. I was assured by the hotel staff that they did indeed offer 24-hour check-in. Consequently, I paid in advance and made my reservation.

However, my frustration mounted when I received a call from the hotel later, asking about my arrival time. To my surprise, they informed me that the actual check-in time was at 12 noon, and I would need to vacate the room by 11 am the following day. Given that this was a business trip, the 12-11 time frame was highly inconvenient for our schedule.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, I was met with a disappointing response: the hotel had a strict "NO REFUND" policy, and they were unwilling to make an exception despite the miscommunication regarding the...

The Suraksha Stay ITPL Hotel is a good choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Bangalore. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including free Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning which were perfect for my needs.

The location of the hotel was also perfect for my needs. Situated in a quiet residential area, it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, it was still conveniently close to many restaurants and places.

Overall, my stay at Suraksha Stay ITPL exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, delicious food, and a convenient location makes this hotel a true five-star gem. Rooms spacious and big rooms, accessibility of transportation easy.

Only negative point is the staff. They are not interested in working here and they have no experience or whatsoever in customer service, whoever it is be the manager Mr Sumant or the front desk lady Prabhasini, they are just not interested in hosting you or treating you well.

They will treat you as if you have asked the rooms for free and they won't respond or reply to your queries.

There are better hotels nearby - Foxglove and Many more .. hope the management listens to this and starts...
