BurgerMan — Restaurant in Bengaluru

There has never been a place I have felt is more mid than Burgerman. The concept in theory sounds absolutely amazing, and to a great part it is. To be able to have a cafe with board games so you can play while you eat is amazing. And honestly you will have a ton of fun with the games.

My only request is that the amount of thought given to the games and the foosball and the pool table, if the same amount of thought is given to the food and cleanliness it would be amazing. Sadly that is not the case, because in a burger place my favourite dish was the fries and the chicken fingers, which were actually really decent.

The burgers, mann. They couldn't have been more of a let down. The one thing that should go down is their prices. For the price they charged, the buns felt old and basically crumbled the moment I picked it up to eat. There was basically no vegetable or even lettuce or onions inside the burger. The chicken was the saving grace. Which they seemed to have nailed.

The staff were courteous and really sweet. And very hospitalable

But the cleanliness on the board games, now the cross infection on those could lead you to the hospital. I would suggest checking and cleaning the board games at the end of each day. Because my goodness they were grimmy.

If you are in the area and want good burgers. This is not the place. But if you and a group of friends just want to hang out chill, play foosball or pool and eat some fries. I would recommend this place

Burger Man BEL Road was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The customer service is shockingly bad — the staff takes an unreasonably long time to bring even the simplest order, and it’s not because they’re busy. The place was almost empty, yet the delay was ridiculous. I honestly don’t know if it’s the manager or the team head, but whoever is responsible is completely unresponsive and seems to have no interest in managing the place properly. When customers ask for updates, the staff either ignores them or gives vague, careless replies. There is zero urgency, zero professionalism, and zero sense of responsibility. It feels like the whole team is just going through the motions without actually caring about the food or the people they serve. On top of that, there’s no communication or apology for the delay, which shows how little they value their customers. Honestly, it’s a waste of time, money, and patience. BurgerMan on New BEL Road is awesome. Walking in, the staff greeted me like I was an old friend—super friendly, quick to help, and just all-around awesome. They made the whole vibe feel so welcoming. The food? it was next-level! The All Meat Burger was a total game-changer—juicy, packed with flavor, and honestly worth every single rupee. Everything on the plate screamed quality, and I was beyond impressed.
