It's an old building and require renovation. Though my stay was pre-paid they weren't sure at the time of check in and had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes while it usually takes less than 5 minutes. During check out as well they were again not sure of this and after insisting them to check properly the reservation details i had to leave. Building is old and this can be easily identified by seeing the interiors of the building. Stayed in the suite room and it was spacious and had a hall with sofa for 4 with TV and a bedroom with king size bed with a TV. AC on the hall was not having the flaps and initially i thought it's not working since it's very old. Later had realized it was working. Bed is okay but the softness is missing. My room was road side facing and there is constant vehicle and honking sound despite windows are closed
Staff service needs to be improved. I had reported 3 issues during my stay and all require multiple follow-ups. First issue no response and i had left it since that can be managed. Second time issue required 3 follow-ups and 3rd one despite requiring immediate assistance still had to follow-up twice inspite of repeated assurance that within 5 mins it will be resolved. Water was not coming and after 30 minutes it got resolved which had resulted in me going late to office. Rooms does not have calling bell and hence if we report an issue have to wait near the door to see if the staff has come or not.
Breakfast is complimentary but not too many options. On the first day had an Omelette but too salty. Tried one more day and at few places it's more salty. Their staff were only focusing on getting the room number rathan than providing the service. All the days i stayed to fill the water or for the cutlery i have to call them. Plates will be removed only after we finish our breakfast and until then we have to keep it on the other side. This is not expected in Sarovar. While i had plans to have Lunch in the restaurant this made me not to have it.
Parking space is very less and only 5 or 6 cars can be parked. I am not sure if they have parking space at some other place but didn't noticed anything nearby. There is no place to drop/pick up guests since the properly is on the road side and bridge construction is going on. Near the ground floor lift some kind of bad smell emanates and it might be from...
Read moreMy wife and I stayed at the hotel in February 2024. At the entrance, we were disappointed, because it was not at all like the picture shown in the websites. The picture was so full of greenery and beautiful. But once we entered the lobby, it was quite good. I cannot call it a 4 star hotel as commented on some of the websites. It may be called a 3 star hotel, The Lobby was decent with good seating capacity. Adjacent to it was the ALtar restaurant. A small nicely decorated restaurant serving veg and non veg food. There is a buffet for lunch. Not a lavish one but just enough. The food is not of very high standard but passable. The best thing about the hotel was the excellent staff. All of them were very polite and helpful. Most of them are from Odisha, Bengal and north India. They speak hindi and broken engish. The room was neat and clean and spacious enough, with chair table a writing desk and another chair. There is no mini fridge. They provisde a kettle and sufficient amount of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. They provide shampoo, soaps etc. But no dental kit. We stayed for 3 nights. On the first day we had some problem with the hot water in the taps. We had to complain twice, before somebody came and rectified it. The inhose breakfast buffet included in the price was good. Not too lavish, but enough variety. Overeall the stay was good and the best part was the service provided by the hotel staff. All...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tulip Inn Hotel and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff who were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel itself was beautifully designed with modern interiors and comfortable furnishings. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep.
One of the standout features of the hotel was the food. The restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes that were expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive with a wide selection of items to choose from.
Another highlight of my stay was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were always available to assist with any queries I had, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel's location was also a plus point. It was conveniently located near many of the city's popular attractions and transportation links, making it easy to get around.
Overall, I highly recommend the Tulip Inn Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable stay. The combination of excellent service, great food and beautiful interiors make it a true gem in the hospitality industry. I look forward to staying there again...
