HOTEL PEARLINN KORAMANGALA — Hotel in Bengaluru

We booked a room through OYO and when we reached the hotel we were denied for the room as they were no rooms available inspite of prebooking and making the payment and expected us to wait for an hour or more so that they can give us the room and the receptionist was very arrogant and had a rude behavior when we told him that one hour is too long as he gave us ennumber of reasons and expected us to understand his concern and he insisted us that to cancel the room and will refund the money and through oyo's assistance we got it shifted to another hotel which was right next to it and we also suspect that the receptionist or the attende at the hotel punchered my vehicle as we complained it to the oyo about the issue we are facing cause of the nusiance created by the receptionist and we feel as to take revenge he's punchered the vehicle. I'd suggest people not to go to Hotel Pearl Inn as you wouldn't want to waste your precious time and energy and to hear unnecessary talks from the receptionist who is very rude and having an arrogant behavior. Unclean hotel room. Unprofessional staff. When complained about an uncleaned tray in which plates where served, he said "food is not had in tray then what's the issue". The reception smelled cigarette smoking. When informed receptionist he acted irresponsible. He was like he can't stop guests from smoking. I am perfectly fine with people smoking in their private space or thier rooms, bit not public. Not only reception, the lift and varandha too had smoking odour. Instead trying to correct the mistake he was like "you can cancel the booking and check another hotel". For godsake bathroom was clean. Mattress was so old that it resembled flat chappathi. Unclean bedsheet, cot, chair, towel with stains. I hope photos will make it clear. The receptionist was like see the room and if you don't like cancel the booking. This is probably the worst Oyo room I've booked. I checked in at 3:00AM and the hotel was locked. I had to knock and wake up the man at the reception. We had asked for an extra bed and they had kept it ready for us. But that was it. There weren't enough towels. The bed had hair on it. The water bottles they provided were opened. And worst of all there was no hot water, inspite of us calling and checking. The only thing commendable was that the staff managed to arrange two buckets of hot water. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even for a night. The staff might be helpful but it just is not...
