Tucked away in the bustling heart of Koramangala, Bangalore, Roastea is more than just a café—it’s an experience. The moment you step in, you're welcomed by a wave of calm and charm that makes you forget the chaos of the city outside. This café has truly mastered the art of blending great ambiance, stellar service, and mouthwatering food into a cozy haven for foodies, coffee lovers, and anyone who appreciates the little joys of life.
One of the first things you'll notice about Roastea is its serene and green setting. Nestled amidst lush plants and thoughtfully placed greenery, the café offers a rare kind of peacefulness that's hard to find in Bangalore’s urban jungle. The natural elements aren't just décor—they genuinely enhance the vibe of the place, creating a fresh, breathable space that's perfect for everything from solo book-reading sessions to lively catch-ups with friends.
The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between rustic and modern, with warm lighting, wooden furniture, and charming little corners that invite you to sit, relax, and stay a while. Whether you’re here to work on your laptop, enjoy a quiet meal, or have long conversations over coffee, Roastea feels just right.
Now, let’s talk about the food—because that’s where Roastea really shines. Every dish that comes out of their kitchen is not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. From hearty breakfast options to filling mains and delectable desserts, everything is crafted with attention to quality and taste. What makes it even better is the generous portion sizes. You won’t leave Roastea hungry, that’s for sure. It's one of those rare places where quality and quantity go hand in hand.
Their menu is a thoughtful mix of comfort food and innovative café fare. Sandwiches, pastas, loaded fries, wraps—you name it, they do it well. But if I had to pick a personal favorite, it would hands down be their Brownie Milkshake. It’s rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, not too heavy, but just the right kind of delicious to lift your mood instantly. It’s one of those drinks you crave after you’ve had it once. Velvety in texture, with chunks of brownie that add the perfect chew, it's a must-try for any first-timer and a must-have every time you return.
Equally impressive is the service. The staff at Roastea are genuinely warm and attentive, without being overbearing. They're quick to respond, always smiling, and happy to help with recommendations. It’s clear that customer experience is a top priority here, and that care shows in everything—from the clean, well-maintained space to the consistent food quality and quick service.
In a neighborhood brimming with cafés, Roastea stands out as a true gem. It’s the kind of place you’ll keep coming back to, whether it’s for a quiet coffee, a hearty meal, or just to soak in the positive vibes. If you're in Koramangala and haven't been yet—trust me, you're...
Read moreRecommended by a friend and highly impressed with 28 page menu, mostly vegetarian and a few dishes with egg in the mix...I headed to this place with the intention to pig out on some Italian food. Somewhere along the way I changed my mind and decided to give in to my cravings for noodles. This place is done up very well, warm and inviting indoors and they have outdoor seating as well. Menu is vast, quirky combinations and very impressive with varieties of tea and beverages...one of those “ I've never heard of these” kinds of dishes. Tea and coffee lovers would really enjoy this place. What I ate: I started with water chestnut and cream cheese dumplings...it had a pink coating on it. I hate pink food but, oh the taste was awesome! Total melt in the mouth dumplings steamed just right.
I was craving chilly garlic noodles.. my go to dish every time but was recommended UDON NOODLE BOWL (Udon style noodles, kung pao cottage cheese, tempura fried veggies, sautéed bell peppers) ....I like the bowl combo dishes that are gaining popularity. The presentation was awesome but the whole dish...from the noodles to bell peppers to fritters was dunked in some sweet sauce while I craved spicy food…only the tempura fried veggies which were like bajjis were tasty…rest was a letdown. Total thumbs down for me.
Dessert was strawberry ensemble and this won me over. Top marks for the presentation too. Kind of expensive so go there with a full wallet. Nice to catch up with friends here. The service is okayish. They need to step it up in terms of understanding and communicating with the customer. Seemed lost in terms of asking customer needs and recommendations. I got pizza and blueberry panacotta as takeaway. Pizza was dry and unappealing and yeah I’ve had cold pizza from other places as takeaway at nights without reheating and it was mind blowing so it wasn’t because I ate it late! Dessert was better.
There was one sauce that stood out – a greenish one..I really couldn’t make out what that was.. which went so well with the dumplings and the main course that I would go there just to have the sauce!!!
Overall 3.5 (because the main course didn’t do it for me.) Would I go again...not a definite yes but I'm curious to try their other items on the menu and the dessert menu has a lot of variety for the ones with a sweet tooth. And hopefully give it a higher rating. Would I recommend to others? Yes give it a try!.
Ratings for reviews 1-No! No! No! 2-Just about average 3- Good. Can give it a try 4-Great!! 5-Yes! Yes! Yes! And I’ll tell...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Roastea, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we stepped in, we were struck by the lively and vibrant ambiance that set the tone for a fantastic meal.
We began by ordering the Iced Americano and Caramel Cheesecake Frappe, both of which were expertly crafted. The Americano was rich and full-bodied, while the frappe was a masterclass in texture and flavor, with a delightful balance of sweetness.
Next, we indulged in the Edamame and Cream Cheese Dimsums, which were nothing short of divine. The cream cheese added a luxurious touch, elevating the dish to new heights.
The Avocado and Egg Sourdough Panuozzo Napolitana was a revelation - the freshly baked in-house sourdough was a game-changer, providing a delightful crunch and depth to the dish. The combination of flavors and textures was truly lip-smacking.
The Handkerchief Pasta with creamy butter sauce was another highlight, with the pasta cooked to a perfect thinness and the mashed potato underneath adding a heavenly creaminess.
The French Fries were crispy and addictive, while the Volcano Burger was a flavor bomb that left us craving more.
If there was a slight misstep, it was the White Chocolate Croissant Swirl, which, while boasting a lovely buttery croissant, was let down by an overly sweet ice cream that didn't quite mesh with the rest of the dish.
However, this minor quibble was far outweighed by the sheer excellence of the rest of the meal. Roastea truly shines in its ability to balance flavor and fun, with a plethora of games to enjoy with friends and family.
In conclusion, Roastea is an absolute must-visit destination for foodies and anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. With its exceptional ambiance, inventive dishes, and commitment to quality, it's a true gem that will leave you eagerly anticipating...
