I was really looking forward for this outlet in salt lake.first the CONS :1)you are mentioning the outlet is open at 8am but still till 9.30 am your housekeeping guys are brooming and mopping is a put off (2)train your staff to take mutilople varied orders involving without onion and garlic and dish with onion and garlic . This is not too complex to register . They messed up my whole breakfast . I ordered for a grilled vegetable sandwhich , pour over coffee, Alfredo pasta(without onion garlic) and vanilla cappuccino. The server took the order and then again reconfirmed the order from far across as to what needs to be put in what dish. Final result I was been served lukewarm pour over coffee, cucumber lots of cheese corn grilled sandwhich and Alfredo plain white sauce pasta . In all this dishes there was major absence of veggies which we already discussed to be added . My toddler couldn’t consume the sandwhich and we left with heavy heart as we felt that server was incapable of understanding and serving the dish. (3)the seats have hair strands which one can clear with their own hands (4)tables have left over food crumbles Now the PROS (1)good aesthetic light decor and flooring (2)well ventilated and spacious (3)good lit up space (4)they don’t serve any cookie along with any hot beverage but if you request for it than they might oblige with you a small piece of cake However good a place it is but it lacks capable people to...
Read moreWe ordered mezze platter, loaded nachos, cold coffee, hot chocolate and sunrise. Firstly the service was very slow, they take a good amount of time in preparing one dish also. Secondly they don’t serve Hot chocolate Hot at all, you have to ask them to make it hot. Thirdly the mezze platter was so bland in taste, and the sauces and cream served with nachos bowl was so sweet that the dish lost its flavour. The spinach bun and focaccia sandwich was fine. But the pastry that it is famous for that also couldn’t impress, The chocolate pastry was so hard and tiramisu too was not like usual. The ambiance is good but overall an average place...

Would definitely work on the quesadilla and nachos (should be changed completely) as everything feels out of cans and packages. Good is on the spicier side so be careful. Mojito was ok. The day we went they were cleaning a water mess and so the service was also not the best. Desert was ok. Plenty of vegetarian options. Hope to go back someday and see some...
