Hari agreed that staff committed free early checkin by mistake. Hari will treat you as a beggar as though the guest is begging to get a room at zip coimbatore which was already paid for. The behavior was still accepted by me as I was very tired and it was quiet an early morning check in. Also, travelling alone, I didn't want to risk my stay and safety. Things went worse when manager Hari didn't show his concern over the issue raised by my brother over phone and continued showing attitude.
Kindly Confirm who has given Hari the authority to misbehav???
If you are booking online and checking in, pls be rest assured that the manager is going to treat you like a servant. On trying to reach the seniors at the hotel, person kuberan at reception started back answering . Obviously when the manager has shown no hospitality to a solo lady Traveller, where wiĺ the reception show. Over and above this, on calling the General manager Ganesh, by my brother over phone , he started blamegames as to why was i troubling the reception to get senior's contact details to escalate the matter.
I hate putting down any brand on google, but behavior and support shown was extremely sad that iam left with no option. And this has happened while iam a regular guest at the hotel.
All I wanted was a resolution to my complaint and not a cheap blame game.
And not to forget it was a stay for 6days and not just 1 or 2days. I ensured to revisit and stay here as I had stayed here earlier.
