Raja Biriyani Hotel — Restaurant in Central Zone

I have worst experience today (July - 2021) from this hotel.. I suggest everyone to not to order anything from this hotel.. I have ordered for almost 450 for a dinner.. I have coin parota, vallai ilai parota, nei meen fry, and chicken chettinadu gravy. Coin parota - 49rs- belive me they gave 4 no- each parato size of 1rs coin. Worst ever.

Valai ealai parota - 160rs - 2 parato with 2 peice of chicken - not even worth 50rs..

Then fish fryed with old oil.

Then chettinadu chicken gravy - 200rs - quantity is very less. Just ok in taste.

I suggest people's should stay away from hotel like this else u will be ending in loosing money... This hotel should change...

I ordered 3 kuthuporottas but received only 1. Immediately after delivery, I called the restaurant and they accepted the mistake, apologized, and confirmed that their staff forgot to include the remaining items.

I requested a refund for the non-delivered items, but the restaurant informed me that the refund must be processed by Swiggy. I also sent a mail with the invoice copy, but your team responded that no refund can be issued.

This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. Customers are paying for items that are not being delivered, which feels like clear negligence and unfair practice. Please take this matter seriously to avoid further...

Served as Virudhunagar oil parotta. But really that was not Virudhunagar oil parotta just a piece of poori flour little bigger than that. Was made a deep fry. Was not worth the money. The server who as served me, he himself said the gravy won't suit the dish. Which degrades the reputation of the hotel.
