Captain Vishal Khanna's Anchorage — Hotel in Delhi

I was asked by my Company to go to Delhi for my joining formalities. Accommodation was arranged at Capt.Vishal Khanna's Anchorage. Driver details who supposed to pick me up from airport was given to me well in advance. Driver was present there at airport once I arrived airport parking area. He took me to Anchorage 2 . Reception formalities were so simple and room sevice boy took me to the room no.Z. Room was big,neat and clean and well arranged. Toilet was also clean and provided with hot water facility. Room is provided with big double bed cot and blanket, one round table, 2 chairs, a small fridge and big television. AC is provided. During winter season portable heater will be given. Time to time room service was provided with break fast, Lunch, eavening tea and snacks and Dinner. Both veg and non-veg items can choose accordingly. In bathroom towel, body wash and brush and tooth paste was provided. Transportation facility for going to office and coming back to room was always available. Overall good...

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly urge everyone to avoid Captain Vishal Khanna Anchorage – it's overpriced, unprofessional, and just not worth it.

We checked online and saw a standard room for ₹2500. When we went to book in person (since we didn’t have online payment), they claimed it wasn’t available and charged us ₹3500 instead. They said it was a different "new" room type – but we couldn't see any such option listed anywhere online.

Honestly, we couldn’t even tell if they gave us the ₹3500 room or just the ₹2500 one and charged extra to scam us. Either way, it felt shady and completely dishonest.

The ambience was terrible – more like an old, spooky guest house than a proper hotel. Dim lighting, weird vibe, and absolutely no sense of comfort or hospitality.

To top it off, the manager was rude and arrogant, acting like he was doing us a favor by letting us stay. No professionalism, no respect for guests, just bad...

This property is quite dirty and unsafe and their reviews seem to be from a click farm (than real guests). I was travelling alone and reached the reception for check in at 8 PM. The reception was in quite a bad shape and the building itself was in a very dimly lit location. After they took my IDs for check in, I was told to go with a staff to another building for my room. As I stepped out the reception, I was told to sit into a car to go to the building it was far. I was driven through dim streets and taken to a building with where I was shown my room. There was no hotel board or anything here. There was no 5G network in the room due to the location and the wifi was not working as well. I was scared an left next morning with my bag and booked another hotel even though I had paid for 3 nights through makemytrip booking. I next was confused about all the reviews and ratings.
