Receptionist doesn't know any other language except Hindi. If you are not an North Indian they will treat you careless and they cheat you. From my experience the room was not upto the mark not as same as like photos in Google and they charged for dental kit (Rs.50) and water bottles (Rs.40 per bottle). I never seen like this as complimentary things are chargeable. More over TV setup box is not working most of the rooms. It's just for formalities. Hotel la ola was overall a pleasant experience, the staff was helpful, the bed was very comfortable, there was hot water 24/7, clean toilet and room, ac worked well, tv didn't, they charged us 40 for water bottles, and the MRP of water bottles were 20 i don't hold it against them tho it's reasonable. We got the room at a very low price after using promo codes and vouchers on MakeMyTrip, around 950 per night and for 950 this hotel was very veryyy good ,
