I’ve been a loyal customer, but maybe I shouldn’t have been. The taste of food has gone from good to absolutely terrible. The last few orders have been cold, raw, and completely disappointing. Today’s experience, however, was the tipping point and compelled me to write this.

We placed an order, and not only did it take 1.5 hours for them to send it out, but they also ignored our calls repeatedly. When we finally got through, we were met with excuses—first blaming their system, then the rider, with vague details that didn’t even check out. After waiting for 2 hours, our food finally arrived. But guess what? It was the wrong order, completely missing items.

We had to chase them again to either send the correct items or initiate a refund. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff was rude, argumentative, and inept. They dodged our calls with flimsy excuses like "we’re speaking to the kitchen," offering no resolution. By the time they sent the right order—2 hours late—we had lost our appetite and patience.

This place has become a complete joke. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid ordering from here at all costs. They don’t value their customers so...

I have been to Chowman many times but this time I ordered at home via food delivery app. The food was stale. Chicken was dry and the paneer garlic dish had a weird smell to it, like it was stale and had been sent over. Pathetic food quality and taste. Never ever going to prefer to order from here. Terrible experience. Every dish was a disappointment.

If your loyal customers are served such pathetic service and food. I doubt the chain is going to survive in such kind of bad faith.

I feel like I have wasted Rs1200 on food which was so bad that I cannot describe it. The paneer dish was so stale and had after taste, we had to throw it away.
