Hotel Bella Vista — Hotel in Delhi

BELMOND LUXURY hahahah luxury 😂. There can not be worse hotel than this one in the whole universe. Do never ever go there to waste ur money. Just pay a little more and get a hotel on the main road. I can still feel that uncomfort in my head. Booked a night on 28th Dec here. I was coming from Kerala - Tamil Nadu trip with my wife. Due to uneven flight timings, I decided to take rest for a night because I had to travel for 200kms more but it was the worst decision of my life to accommodate here.

Bedsheet was so dirty one can even see the black spots easily. Pillow cover were like oil was sticked to them.. yewwwwww i will just vomit now. Blanket's cover was torn apart. On demand, they changed bedsheet and pillow cover which took almost 40 mins to do. Yuck. Their service is disgusting.... Somehow i managed to sleep because i was tired for the whole day but i bet no one could sleep in that dirty bed if he/she would be fresh or untired. No soap, no towel, no toilet paper nothing 😂. It was better for me to stay on the roadside 😂.

Now the morning, I ordered something for breakfast which was ok in taste and nicely packed but again, at the time of check out, the bloody lady on the reception said that u will be charged according to our kitchen's menu not the one in ur room. I mean WHAT????? Are u running services in hotel or playing games with ur guests? Is that you are known for BELMOND LUXURY lol that name. Luxury 😂... My foot.... and at the time of check-in, i paid for the hotel in cash and at the check out that stupid lady on reception added 200 more in my bill as GST 😂. This HELL is even registered to charge GST lol. They are registered to fraud only believe me.... I have been to hundreds of hotel till date and traveled around India but it was the worst of the worst experience for me. I suggest you all to please don't waste ur money here... Instead pay a little more and stay in some real LUXURIOUS hotel which will cost u not more than 2500 INR for a basic accommodation whereas its cost is 2000 for a night for that hell...

Overall a decent place to stay. The staff were great - really friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was clean and the bed pretty comfortable. Decent food is available at all hours. I had breakfast (toast, omelette and a coffee) brought to my room at 7am. They also called me a taxi to Old Delhi station when my Uber didn't show up. It was quite expensive (Rs 700), but I appreciated it nevertheless.

A couple of negative points. The bathroom was in a bit of disrepair. The shower was at most warm, and the sink was very mobile and detached from the wall. I later found that this was because the floor was angled away from the plughole, so the shower drained into the hole beneath the sink. It was a functioning bathroom, but just a bit annoying to use. Also, the area isn't amazing - it's quite a noisy street outside, although much better up this end than it is close to New...

Worst hotel we have done in India... They lied on everything … Hotel that claims to have rooms with a view of a site of interest: this is false. The only view is of a huge construction site with noise that will keep you up all night. The hotel claims to be soundproof: the windows do not close properly and it is located on a very noisy highway in addition to the construction. They didn't clean up the room before we came, there was still dirty laundry left over by previous guests. The only positive point is that they can clean your laundry. Extremely expensive for the quality ! You can find hotel much more better for the same price or much more cheaper for the same quality. And finally they cancel the room at the end to make people think you have never been there and that you have invented everything and that we can’t put reviews...
