Hotel coral plaza — Hotel in Delhi

This is the worst place one can stay. They took 1200rs for the room. Even if they offer you a room for 400 to 500 rs, it is not worth staying there. The street is better than this place. First, they have their "Dalal" who fetches clients for them. The guy literally forced me to stay there, threatening me with snatchers, etc. I wish I had kept a photo of this leech. I don't know how they allow such a thing in India. Word of advice, avoid any guide or advice from the people in front of the station. There is a TV and an AC for show. The TV doesn't turn on, and the AC only worked for 30 minutes. I complained to them about the TV but they ignored it anyway. The room was so dirty that I became sick the next day. I had a really important interview on that day. They changed the bedsheet after telling them, but dust and cockroaches were coming from everywhere. I don't know how I slept that night. I read the other reviews of this hotel they are saying that the staff was rude towards them. I found their behavior not good or bad. That is the only positive thing I can tell that about them. We arrived at a different hotel to tell us they didn't have room for us, they then brought us to the Coral Plaza hotel as a back up. asked to pay double to the room, we refused. The property had no wifi, no working shower, no AC, and layers of dust and dirt and dirty ripped bedsheets. The outside of the hotel is falling apart in rubble, very dirty location. While the staff was helpful at the staff as we pointed out the shower not working and ac not working the staff got less and less helpful with all the issues. Sadly, this is the worst hotel we have ever ever stayed in and we have backpacked around the whole world with very little standards and this is just unacceptable. At least if it didn't mention the facilities you would know what to expect, but as it lists ac, shower, WiFi etc it should have at least those included...
