Hotel O Toto International — Hotel in Delhi

I will share personal experience and will be giving a detailed review.

Location: The hotel is located near Paharganj side of New Delhi railway station. The surrounding area is unhygienic and very congested. It is situated in a narrow lane.

Hotel room:The room was a 3x deluxe room(one double bed + one single bed) which was good and tidy. The attached toilet was clean. The size of the room was alright.

Staffs: To us the staffs were quite good and very polite in behaviour. They were quite cooperative and helpful.

We had a train in the evening,but checkout time was in the noon. So when we requested for a room for 1hr they tried to help us and gave a room( with some extra money). They store the luggages also. They have lift facility also. But there is no parking facility near the hotel.

P.S: They're not accepting oyo bookings, so DON'T do PAYMENT via OYO, contact the hotel reception, they...

Absolutely disgusting place, don't go by other reviews, here's the truth: hotel refuses to honour online booking, the receptionist has no shame in blatantly denying accommodation; the locality is one of the dirtiest in Delhi, a proper urban slum; no cellular coverage of any network, no signal at all; all the staff sit at the reception at night & create ruckus, loud & annoying enough to force you to stay awake; no hot water available 24X7 in winters; tap water provided in mineral water bottles; -no space for parking even a bike won't stay here ever again, enough said..

PS: after posting a review on Google, the hotel will try to contact you to feign apology. I mean..seriously?? When the hotel did NOTHING to resolve the issue at the time of check-in, can anyone expect anything after check-out...

I booked the hotel from OYO where I was charged additional for breakfast. I reached the hotel and wanted to cancel the breakfast since we wouldn't be available at the time of the breakfast. The option provided by the manager was that I cancel the booking and he would create another via OYO. But that wasn't the case as i realized later that there was no booking on my behalf in OYO. I was charged the same amount as OYO but did not get all the amenities. Upon complaining the manager would simply argue and do nothing about it. About the locality, it stinks right outside the hotel. Bedsheets are full of stains. As per the hotel, such bedsheets are considered to be clean. I would not go here again nor would recommend it to...
