Hotel Sai Miracle — Hotel in Delhi

We had booked a free airport pick up through the hotel which we waited an hour and a half for and it didn’t turn up. We therefore had to pay for a taxi to the hotel where we were told the money would be deducted from our bill on departure. When we checked out the man refused to deduct the money. We asked to pay by card (as booking.com said we could) to be told by the man on reception that it was cash only. It was only when we told him that we didn’t have enough cash that he sighed and plugged in the card machine - therefore we could pay card he just couldn’t be bothered to plug the machine in! ||||The hotel was extremely unclean also, in our room we had blood on our sheets, urine on the toilet seat and dust/dirt everywhere. The shower hardly worked and was full of line scale. The staff had also left a pair of dirty flip flops in our room. We were placed in a ground floor room which also meant we got no sleep for both nights of our stay due to the fact the hotel staff were up shouting, talking and listening to tv all night. To add to this, the ground floor window would not lock which is very unsafe. ||||I would absolutely not recommend this...

Hotel is just Excellent i checked-in on 17 june morning but room was not available so the person on reception called at another hotel (which was just 5 minutes away) is any room available he said yes but have to wait for 15-20 minutes i said ok then after 1 hour his own hotel room was available so he told that now room is available as three people checked-out he then immediately told to prepare the room fast after 15 minutes our room was ready service is very good and fast i love the service as the room was not available after that i haven't waited too much room waa ready. Breakfast was good i also ordered food that was also good. Beds are awesome soft-soft and the main thing i love most that even after AC was off about 15 minutes room was chilled in fan i was feeling cold so i didn't have to on the AC again and again. All i have to say is hotel is just 10 minutes away from railway station and just excellent at price point but the area isn't that good. I recommend this hotel...

It's located within a market area in paharganj Gali no. 10, in surrounding you can find lots of food stall and street food and one famous sita ram diwan chand chole bhatura which was very good in taste.

Talking about hotel the price for rooms are quite affordable and average maintained.

Hygiene is not good at all as linens, towels and other accessories are not clean properly.

One very important complain is about waiter for room service when I asked him to bring water he takes jug to the bathroom I thought for washing purpose he tooks there but he fill the water inside the jug from bathroom taps It come to my knowledge after drinking the water for cross very I had empty the jug and filled with nearby RO machine the taste was totally different. I talked with him about this he lied that he fill water from this.

The management of Hotel need to take care of the hygiene and service of the hotel.
