Pool Càfe — Restaurant in Delhi

Apart from the view, nothing else I could find to praise about this restaurant. Once you enter, you will be amazed by the pool side sitting and the upper deck sitting. Once you let that sink in, nothing gonna excite you. The more important part about a restaurant is food and staff. The staffs are so ignorant about the whole thing, I guess they were just hired a night before and asked to serve food. No clue about anything on the menu. The menu itself very limited, the same typical North Indian and continental pizza pasta, nothing special about Majnu La Tilla i.e. Tibetan speciality. Well the food is also doesn't taste very good if that was not all the odour coming from Yamuna surely gonna kill your appetite, fortunately this is not a fault of the restaurant. Did birthday party of our daughter. Excellent service by Umesh & his team. He gave his 100% & helped in car parking for our guests, did beautiful ballon decoration & captain service to make our evening perfect. Kids enjoyed in the pool & we enjoyed private party space. Ambience was excellent. Need to work little bit in few areas.Quality of Food was delicious & prices are reasonable.

Only drawback is guests are unable to reach this location coz it's at the back side of Majnu ka Tila which becomes uneasy for them to locate.

However, once you reach inside the premises you forget everything and enjoy the lovely moments and make memories @pool cafe. Overall it is a nice property and excellent efforts made by Manager...

Overhyped! Poor Service.! They won't tell u that they deliver orders in not less than an hour and that too incomplete. I ordered hakka noodles and club sandwich. Hakka noodles took 1 hour to reach on my table. 10 minutes after that, when I asked about club sandwich, they said it would take another 20 mins for club sandwich.
