Rainbow Residency — Hotel in Delhi

I am coming to this place for more than five years now. But unfortunately the service if this property has been detoriating day by day. Even room and toilet maintenance, is not checked properly. Breakfast is just nothing. Some days if you are luylu you can get paratha. Or else only toast, omlete, bananas subject to availability, muffins, cornflakes. Tea or coffee. No juice, no other variety. Breakfast as per the management starts by 7.30 am but don't expect anything before 8.30 am. Only merit to this place is the location which is in green Park market and the owner Mr Bhalla is very good. The staff is not trained nicely which might become an issue in form of their communication and their act as they don't know what is to be said and to whom and what is the right thing to be done. Price wise affordable. But for long run to retain their old customer and guest need to do lot of changes and get more professional people to...

Pros : Located on a main street where food options are within walkable distance. Nice size of rooms available in the affordable price range. AC -Working Clean Restrooms , Shampoo, and hand wash available

Cons: Don't go with over-expectations based on the over-rated Agoda rankings. Very difficult to find the entrance of the hotel, as there are no big boards. Very basic breakfast (If you are a foodie, and you can get 300 off of the overall price without breakfast and walk down you can get the best food in the street) No TV Channels / Bath Soap / Brush / Tooth Paste Make sure the TV, AC, and water work when you check in (at midnight or early morning no one is available to reach the reception as they may be sleeping in some rooms...

I don't know how this place isn't rated 5 stars yet, it truly was the best hotel we have been to in India! We were quite desperate as we had to find a hotel in Delhi and all hotels with this price seemed to have fake reviews. Rainbow Residency absolutely saved our last night in India - everything was super clean, regular shower with hot water, there's a tv with Netflix, amenities are provided (shower gel, shampoo, coffee and tea etc), we really felt like home. And Gopal was so incredibly welcoming, he even offered us chai and biscuits as we arrived, and was so helpful with everything. If you're staying in Delhi, I cannot recommend this place enough!
