We visited Dessart Gallery, Green Park, for a friends' day out, excited about their well-known clay painting activity. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected.

To begin with, we were not provided with aprons or any protective gear for our clothes, which is a basic requirement for a painting workshop. The staff seemed extremely disorganized and uninterested in assisting the customers. There was a clear lack of enthusiasm and professionalism.

Our food order was incomplete, and they even forgot to prepare one of the items, which caused unnecessary delays and disrupted the whole vibe of the outing.

The painting area is quite small, with only 3-4 tables seating four people each, making it feel cramped. The paintbrushes were old and worn out, which further took away from the overall experience.

Nothing met our expectations. It felt like the place was surviving on its name rather than the quality of service. There are many lesser-known workshops in the city that offer far better amenities and customer care.
