Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Delhi

Please take this as a genuine feedback from a genuine customer. I feel was shocked on 14April2017 when i was cheated thrice in the same order with the cashier guy(Sageer).

It's all goes like this..

I ordered the combo of coffee and tostizza from Menu...(Price 130/- for combo). Firstly the guy named Sageer told me, due to Internet connectivity the combo cannot be made but u will get both things separately. But i told if its in d menu u have to give. After pressing the Cashier guy he told me ok sir u can have it.

Secondly he told me to pay Rs 440/- for two comboz...i paid the amount and move from counter....i realized that the cashier guy Sageer didn't gave me bill. So i went to him and asked him for bill. He generated the bill after i went to him.

Thirdly when i again keep moving from counter my eyes went on billed amount. The bill is only Rs 308/-(see in attachment). I went again to cashier guy to return my remaining amount. He returned Rs 130/-(the difference). No doubt he returned the amount without any questions but it makes me feel so low.

Its the brand that is losing its shine...i hope i must get better service from CCD ahead in future.

One of the best coffee chain in india it is with out any doubt. And all the more they live up to the expectations as well. Product line is extremely good. People generally go there for a cup of coffee, meetings gatherings get togethers celebrations birthday etc. This one cafe coffee day in particular is at a very special place in south delhi near AIIMS in green park main road. Although there is no wheel chair parking available with this cafe coffee day nor do they offer any specialized seating for person on wheel chair. Even entrance is not such as where wheel chair could enter with ease. Otherwise romantic and contemporary place i will have to call it. As usual prices are kept in such a way that road side romeos will find it hard to order anything here. Only those who can afford a Rs 150 and above worth of coffee will think of coming to the place. The location of Cafe Coffee day is perfect, in the main road of green park Market. It has two floors. The sitting arrangements on both the floors quite comfortable. At the upper floor, there is an open area as well, where one can sit, watch the green park market. For those who want to smoke, they can use this open area. For all the orders you have to make the payment at the ground floor. They accept both cash and card. The menu is not very extensive. However the place is peaceful and the coffee served is perfect.
