My experience with Country collection has been harrowing to say the least. on 23/12/19 we bought a coffee table for 65000 inr. we were promised door to door delivery within 15/20 days. we made the entire payment incliuding 5900 transport charges for door to door delivery. After we did not hear from Country Collection for a month we finally called the store. we were then promised the delivery by 27Jan 2020. when we did not receive our table even then we called again only to be told that the delivery will now LEAVE Delhi!!! We were shocked with this kind of absolute unprofessional attitude. Today we finally get a call from the courier company who informs us that door to door only means the full crate will be delivered to my colony and i have to arrange for it to be opened and find a way to haul it to my flat. I am disappointed and absolutely shocked at being cheated in this manner.

Wish we had not payed Country Collection. We are now trapped.

Good place for buying antique furniture. But keep in mind that if you are asking to ship the furniture outside India, it would end up costing you 3-4 times than the price of the material. The salespeople here won’t give you precision and omit details on all the hidden shipping charges that would be implied. In summary, Expensive and not worth it for international delivery unless you get something you are sure to not find elsewhere and ready to pay a premium. One more thing, their packaging time can be very long, in my case I was told that they would send the furniture in 15 days but they send it from their side in +3 months and then there was another 2 months...

I had a rotten experience with them. Other than charging me for packing/shipping nearly $500 on an item that was for $500, I have so far paid over $1000 on top of that for various clearances, handling fees etc etc to get it to the US. They completely downplayed that part. While they may not have had the exact charges that I would incur, they would have surely had an idea of what my total landed cost would have been. If they had given me some rough idea at the time of purchase, one could have made an informed decision. Never will I shop here again....
